Great set - would make a good gift!
I had a lot of fun setting up this herb growing kit. The instructions are clear, straightforward, and beginner-friendly. They explain how long to soak the seeds and even provide planting depths for each herb, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process. One small thing I wish the kit included would be tiny labeled cups for soaking the seeds. Since each variety needs to be soaked separately, I ended up using some small plastic shot-glass-style cups and labeling them myself. It's not a big deal at all, but it would have been a nice addition to an otherwise well-thought-out kit. The kit includes a generous amount of seeds. There are far more than you'll need for a single planting, which means you can replant multiple times or even use the extras in an outdoor garden later on. The soil was probably the most challenging part for me. In hindsight, I think it would be easiest to put the soil into the grow bags first and then add water. The bags do have drainage holes, though, so you'll want to be careful not to make a mess while hydrating everything. Overall, this is a nice herb starter kit that feels approachable for beginners while still offering enough seeds for continued use. The setup process was enjoyable, the instructions were easy to follow, and I'm looking forward to seeing how everything grows. It would make a great gift for anyone interested in gardening, cooking, or growing fresh herbs at home.

I really like how much detail is in the instructions, with charts and pictures. It tells you how many days each herb takes to germinate, how many seeds to sow, how deep to plant the seed, the temperature needed for best growth, and how much sun is needed. It’s not just generic information, it has specifications for each and every herb in this kit. I’m excited to give this a try! I’m fairly new to having a garden outside, and am brand new to this inside herb garden, so I’m glad it has such specific instructions and everything i need! It’s made simple so even i can do it! lol everything looks good quality
