Using it with a full spectrum grow bulb, but style still works for when the plants go outside during the warmer months. Base is heavy enough that it balances just fine. Easy to assemble. Plants might want a stronger bulb, but that note is for different product review. The lamp came with a bulb, I just haven’t used it yet.

Attractive lamp, the pole isn't too short. The included bulb is fine but it's better with a smart bulb. The cord is full size, runs from the bottom of the pole just above the base.

Easy to put together and sturdy. I'm using it for my plants so I have a plant gro light bulb in it. Used mostly for larger plants. Could use a longer cord but it's fine.
