Customer reviews

Nice and compact
Update: They offered a replacement one without me even requesting it, so unexpectedly good customer service. Exact same problems. So I started digging out a variety of chargers and cables from the assortment I've collected since type C became a thing and tried it with a few different devices (laptop, phone, steam deck). The only things I had problems with were that one Dell charger (that just happens to be the one I use the most) and the included cable. Everything else worked as you'd expect. So: weirdly incompatible with that one charger, but worked with several others I've gotten with various phones or bought separately of different output power modes. All the other cables I tried with it worked fine both charging and discharging. So I don't know if I just got really unlucky with two defective cables included in the box or if there's something incompatible about them, but they also wouldn't be the first USB-C cables I've tossed in the trash for being flaky. But, nobody's buying this for an included cable; I bought it for the compactness and the 100W charging and all that seems to work great aside from one particular charger. Original: The size is nice but it's absurdly picky with cables. It just plain won't charge with my 65W Dell laptop charger (that works fine with every other USB PD device I own and supports 4/5 of the input modes it lists on the back), but luckily my Anker 100W charger worked was able to charge it. I tried to charge my Steam Deck with the included cable and it worked the first time, but now the charging constantly flickers on and off with the included cable. I connected it with another high quality USB cable and it seems fine for now, but the inconsistency really makes me wary about traveling with this battery.

Great product, great design very compact ergonomic works flawlessly a great product
This by far has to be the best power bank that I’ve ever had for its purpose and what it does and for its size. The technology is there now with electronics and shrinking stuff down because we know that smaller is better a lot of times. I have four devices to charge and I tried the power bank out for a whole day. I topped off my phones two of them my iPad Pro and also my Apple Watch and I have been topping off all day and it is still on 45%. The design on the size with it being a mini is a very good idea. If you wear baggy clothing, you can slip it in and out of a pocket very easily. The lanyard that doubles as a charging cord is also a very nice addition. throughout all the use of the power bank today it did not get warm at all. It was cool to the touch the whole day. Plus, the recharge of the power bank itself was very quick. It did not take long at all for it to charge up. i’m really impressed with the company INIU and I am now convinced after buying two different power banks and being very satisfied with both of them getting a three year warranty is icing on the cake. You get a great product and a guarantee to back it up. another good thing is it was marked down $23 from regular price so I got a bargain and saved money. I got something better instead of settling for something cheaper that was not as good. It is high-quality. It’s worth every penny. I give it a full five stars.

This is a lifesaver while traveling.
I am extremely satisfied with the INIU 100W Power Bank. What impressed me first is how compact it is. It is actually shorter in length than a cell phone and also narrower, though it is a bit thicker. That is not a complaint at all—it simply shows how much power they managed to fit into such a small device. It easily fits right in the palm of my hand. This has become my favorite portable charger because it is both very high-powered (100W) and has a large 25,000 mAh capacity. It is the best charger I own for traveling. When I went to Paris, a friend and I were both charging our devices throughout the day—two phones and a camera—and the power bank never ran out before we returned to the hotel each night. I have also taken it with me on cruises and to theme parks, and I never worry about my phone or camera losing power during the day. The battery life is excellent and very dependable. Another nice feature is that it comes with its own built-in, usb-c to usb-c cable, which doubles as the carry handle. You can slso plug in two other cables if you want to charge multiple devices at once, which is very convenient when traveling. I also own a smaller version from this brand that is 10,000 mAh and 45W, which I carry for everyday use. It also has a usb-c cable as a carrying strap. This brand does not disappoint. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Will NOT charge at 100W as advertised
Amazing battery bank. It keeps my Steam Deck and all my attached peripherals running (peltier cooler, 2nd screen) for hours on end while playing my emulators or even AAA games. Size is perfect for my use case and price was very competitive. Has pass through charging and the screen is bright. Problem I am facing and why I gave it a 3 star is because no matter what I do, this will NOT charge at 100w. I have used multiple 240w cables, 100w cables, and even the one that came with this and still nothing. I have tried 3 different 100w chargers and nothing. Even my 240w charger maxes out at 60w while charging. Not sure if mine is a dud but the In/Out claim of 100w is not true for me. Update: After receiving and 2nd one to test, confirmed that I will only charge at 60w. I pulled the Spec sheet and saw that it indeed charges at 65w (losses) but again, thus is an amazing product and DOES output at 100w. Charging might just take slightly longer because it only charges at 60w and not 100w. Don't even start with the size. Smallest one out there with this capacity.
