Good strong coffee!
I test brewed this Javier Pereira Coffee today and like it. It has the depth of a dark roast, as described. I prefer the immersion method rather than percolation. It results in a stronger cup of joe. Next I'll try cold brew to see how it tastes. The grind is very very fine, so you may experience some silting at the bottom of your cup. I wasn't paying attention and got a mouthful of grinds. One thing I don't like is the bag design. It doesn't pull apart by hand and needs scissors to cut the top off. This makes it hard to fold back down, as the breather hole is too far up compared to other packaged coffees.

Nice strong coffee
I liked this coffee. I have to tell you i like strong dark roast with a bit of a bite and i drink my coffee black. this definitely had that bite part. My other 2 family members that tried it with me said it wasn't smooth enough for them, they also both like sugar in their coffee not sure if that makes thwir acquired tastes different, But I really liked it. It smelled really good and the taste was to my liking

Very flavorful
THIS is good coffee. The aroma of the coffee grounds right off the bat upon opening the bag is really fragrant. The flavor of the coffee itself has a robust, deep, richly roasted flavor. There's a smidge of acidity and there's definitely a noticeable caramel-y flavor and scent to it. It's a very fine ground, so ideal for espresso. Works fine in a moka pot.

Great aroma and taste, dark Colombian coffee
Very nice aroma and flavor. Colombian coffee is the best. Taste and smell very good. The grain is fine and can be used in manual coffee makers or machines. I shared it with my family, and they liked it. It arrived quickly and it came well-packaged. The size is plenty enough for few weeks and the price is fair for the quality value.
