Very nice wine glasses and great customer service!
I was looking for replacement wine glasses for an old set I had and wanted to get the same size/capacity but of a good quality and value for the money. I'm not sure how many glasses I checked on Amazon and finally found these. They come shipped in quality packaging. I really love the glasses and was extremely happy with the purchase. I do agree with others that they are thin but love that they are so lightweight. I also recommend (as others have) handling them with great care when washing as I also broke one. I reached out to the seller and got an immediate response and received an entire replacement set within 4 days of contacting them! This amazing customer service is very rare and goes above and beyond expectations. They really care about the customer and stand behind their product.

These are kinda delicate wine glasses but they are very nice. What is outstanding is JBHO. Here's why: I received an order from them and one glass was broken. The packaging of JBHO's box is excellent so it was surprising ( I attribute it to Amazons habit of putting a vendors box in too big of a box without enough padding-bounces around inside the Amazon box too much) Thought dang now I gotta go through amazon to rectify-NOPE - there was a card in the box with an email telling me to contact if there is a problem- I did and they quickly sent me TWO glasses! That's topnotch customer service!

Whilst carefully washing the glasses when we received them, one broke: a small circle of glass popped out half way down the glass. On contacting the company about this, they not only sent a free replacement, but they sent a whole new set of 4! Incredible service! Thank you! Cheers to the next glass of wine!
