Excelente producto!!
Excelente producto. Los audífonos son muy cómodos de utilizar quedan bien al tamaño de los oídos lo que impide que sientas presión o dolor después de horas de uso, el micrófono funciona perfectamente y se escucha fuerte y claro. Se conecta todo con mucha facilidad y son fáciles de manipular (trae el silenciador en la parte posterior del audífono y solo con presionar puedes activarlo o desactivar) el material es bueno y resistente. Funcionan muy bien con mi MacBook La única queja que tengo es que solicité que los enviaran en caja de Amazon para mayor protección y aún así lo mandaron en una bolsa de plástico nada más, lo que causó que la caja del producto llegará rota, la tuve que pegar con cinta. Lo bueno es que el producto viene bien protegido dentro por lo que no se dañó. Considero que tienen que tener cuidado al empaquetar este tipo de productos ya que al ser electrónicos pueden dañarse si no traen protección.

Great headphones for the price.
I found these headphones to be great for the price. I bought them because I didn't like how AirPods kept falling out of my ears. They are also quite expensive, and my teens needed replacements frequently as a result. After searching on Amazon, I came across JBL headphones and decided to give them a try. For the money, they work really well and stay securely in our ears. My entire family now has a pair of JBL headphones, and we are all happy with them.

MIC DOES WORK!!! PLEASE READ
At first, I thought this headset had low mic quality, but all I had to do was plug the mic into the headphones before plugging it into a device for the mic to work. Unplug it and plug it back into the device a few times if the mic doesn't work afterwards. Headphone quality is amazing.
