This one can respond to texts - great Fitbit replacement for the price

*I spent a long time looking for an off-brand watch that can send quick responses to texts. Most of them don't seem to be able to do that but this one can.* No voice texting, just quick responses that your can customize in the app. This watch is pretty darn good considering it was only 15% of the cost of replacing my dead Fitbit. My first Fitbit lasted 2 years and my second lasted 3 years, which is pretty good but I just didn't wanna drop another $130 on a third one without at least exploring my options. Things that bug me a little: -The vibration is very buzzy/loud/cheap sounding... Oh well -Pushing the button does NOT turn the display off... I just had to set it to turn off after 5 seconds and wait. A little annoying if it accidentally gets turned on at night when sleeping but not the end of the world. Pushing the button brings up a different menu, btw -the heart rate monitoring seems pretty inaccurate... Either that or it only takes a new reading every x minutes and I haven't figured out yet what that pattern is. But I can go from seated to running and my hr doesn't change on the watch so.... -when I have a timer or stopwatch running and the display goes to sleep, I have to re-navigate to the timer / stopwatch to see the count... It's not just already there on the display Things that I like: -it does everything I used my Fitbit for, except for accurate hr: calls (even has a dialpad which I don't think Fitbit did), texts (incoming snippets and quick responses), sleep tracking, exercise tracking (though I'm sure calories are just by activity and time and have nothing to do with my actual intensity), menstrual tracking (in the app), getting all my phone notifications so I don't have to care where in the house my phone is, telling time, alarms & timers. -it charges quickly and holds a charge for about 5-6 days. Not quite as long as the Fitbit but good enough for me. -takes a standard 22mm band so I have lots of pretty band options -it lays flat while charging -it was so inexpensive that if it breaks or gets lost it's not a big deal -it is not freakishly big on my small wrist. No noticable difference from the versa 3.

Affordable smart watch, I have bought 4, would purchase gain.

So far I have purchased 4 of these exact smart watches. They’re affordable and do the job. I was particularly looking for a watch that would accept text messages and make\receive phone calls. I have had only 1 of 4 screens crack and it is really treated roughly at work. I would say that they are pretty durable. I have since purchased a glass screen cover hoping it will help prolong the life of the watches but for this price I’m ok with banging it up a little compared to a real Apple watch or a more expensive brand. Easy to use and easy to set up through the app only, don’t set it up through your normal Bluetooth settings. I have never had it disconnect from the Bluetooth on my phone. Comfortable to wear. My mom is allergic to her watch band, it gave her a rash and we replaced it with a leather style now she wears it without any problems. The watch has a very long battery life, I only have to charge mine about once per week. Sleep tracking is a little off, sometimes if I get up in the middle of the night it restarts but not very often. Also, sometimes it says I’m awake longer than I am in the middle of the night or on the app it will say I have only slept 3 hours when I have slept all night. I can’t say how accurate the heart rate monitor is but it seems correct. The screen size and display quality are very good. I have no problems receiving notifications. Cons: I wish that the creator of the app would make more watch face options (especially one with a custom photo plus all of the typical info like heart rate, steps, battery, date, calories, etc. that are on many of the other faces). I also wish I could text any message from the watch instead of only preset messages, even if you had to use a speech to text option to achieve this. One last thing, I think it’s possible for this little watch to act as a “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” aid. I’m considering getting one for an elderly grandmother to access a phone call for help in case she can’t get to her phone. They are much cheaper than those type of products. Overall, I would recommend this product and will definitely be buying more.

Good Watch Despite Some Shortcomings

(Updated) During a vacation in Hawaii, I lost my Xiaomei fitness band (Fitbit imitation) while at the airport. While I liked the band and its capabilities, the loss may have actually been a blessing in disguise as it forced me to do a search for a replacement and, in the process, discover smart watches with far more features, including this one. I chose this particular brand/model because it appeared to have all the features of competing products but at about half to two-thirds the cost. For what I paid, I am pleased with the impressive array of functions, including step counter, text/ phone alert, sleep monitor, heart rate monitor, stop watch, calculator and a host of others. You can also choose from a wide variety of watch faces, both analog and digital, and even create a personalized one with a photo. The watch does have some shortcomings. For one, the sleep monitor is certainly wonky, at times counting my late-night reading time as sleep time. For another, it appears that it does not start counting steps until your arms are moving/ swaying (e.g., it may not count your steps if the arm with the watch is held still). Overall, however, so long as you don't need complete accuracy, considering cost and functions, this is a good buy for under twenty dollars.

Great watch

I was skeptical about this watch due to the price. But I decided to risk it and buy it. It's a great watch. I'm new to the smart watch thing. It does a ton of things when you pair it to your phone and download the app. Time/date, weather, music controls, pulse, step counter, answer or reject calls, check notifications, and respond to texts with the quick respond feature. It also tracks sleep, has a stop watch, calculator, camera controls, and tracks various sports/workouts. The only thing I don't like about it, is the band it came with is pretty small for me, I have to use it on the last hole. But my wrists are huge, so... I was kinda surprised the watch fit at all when I got it. I'm sure there are replacement bands out there... Buy it! It's cheap, useful, handy, and fun.
