Description
• 【Upgraded Relief System for Plantar Fasciitis & Neuropathy】Triple-action relief combines 9-level compression (L1–L9), precision forward/reverse Shiatsu kneading rollers with stronger torque, and targeted dual-zone heating to ease pain, numbness, and discomfort from Plantar Fasciitis and diabetic Neuropathy—promoting circulation and relaxing the plantar fascia from multiple angles. • 【4-in-1 Professional Massage: Compression, Kneading, Vibration & Heat】Four therapeutic modes work solo or in combination—9-level airbag compression (L1–L9) with bilateral squeezing and left-right tilting rhythm, forward/reverse Shiatsu kneading, 3 vibration modes, and 3 heat settings. A 6-step timer (up to 30 min, each press adds 5 min) lets you tailor each session precisely. The kneading rollers deliver notably strong, deep pressure—especially effective when paired with higher airbag levels. If you're new to this type of massager, we recommend starting at L1 and working up gradually to find your ideal intensity. • 【Dual-Zone Heating — Pre-Warm for Best Results】The integrated dual-zone heating—under the soles and along the side airbag area—builds steady, progressive warmth across both feet. You'll start to feel the heat within 5 minutes; the soles reach a fully comfortable warmth after about 10 minutes. For the best experience, switch the heat on first and allow a few minutes to pre-warm before starting your full massage session. Choose from 3 levels (100°F / 108°F / 115°F) or turn it off entirely—especially soothing on cold nights, for stiff joints, or after long hours on your feet. • 【Full Foot-to-Calf Coverage with Dual Controls】Unlike standard foot massagers, this unit is built for full foot-and-calf coverage—wrapping from the soles up through the lower calf for broader, more complete relief. It fits feet up to US men's size 12.5 / women's size 14 (width up to 4.3 in), accommodating virtually all foot sizes. The 360° adjustable handle lets you use it upright or fully reclined. A washable inner cover keeps things fresh with minimal effort. Both the touch panel and infrared remote give you full control without leaning forward mid-session—sized at 19.69 × 16.14 × 8.86 in to accommodate the fuller wrap-around design. • 【Premium Build Quality for Long-Term Reliability】Constructed with a high-strength ABS shell, rigorously tested motor, 9-level airbag system, and dual-zone heating components built for daily use. Quiet operation makes it suitable for home, office, or shared spaces without disruption. Premium-grade construction across all mechanical and electrical parts ensures more durability and consistency than standard entry-level models.

Customer reviews

May be my favorite foot massager!
Let me start by saying I'm reviewing the more expensive JZBRAIN foot massager that's listed on this page, the one with separate slots for your feet or calves. The majority of reviews, however, are for a less expensive JZBRAIN foot massager, also sold on Amazon. I'll post a picture just to be clear. I've tried five foot massagers over the past few months for my aging, partially numb feet. This may be my favorite (I'm also partial to the Cloud and the newer KNQZE unit with the adjustable arch lift...). This massager is very sturdy (like so many that weigh in at around 20 lbs...), is surprisingly quiet, and has a number of unique features. Those would include the unusual Shiatsu arch design, the vibration mechanism located under the soles of the feet, the truly impressive heating element, and the large LED timer, with countdown function, as well as a five minute add on button. This can be pressed at any time during the cycle (to a max of 30 minutes...). I'll address each area below. Shiatsu Mechanism: this massager is similar to the less expensive JZBRAIN massager but both are unlike most of the other units I've tried. Look at the wonderful graphics at the top of the page for details. This unit has the main rotating cylinder located under your arch. Most massagers have the main cylinder under the soles of your feet. This arch position allows them to house the vibrating motors under the soles of your feet in a separate extension. Behind the cylinder is a single nub on an arm which kneads your heel. As with all these mechanisms, the main cylinder turns and moves the other sections via pivots. This unit turns in both directions, however, which is also unique. I'm not sure if the nubs are asymmetrical and give a different benefit in each direction but that is definitely implied in the instruction booklet. Control of the Shiatsu mechanism lies in selecting one of the Programs 1-5. You can have the rollers on or off, running forward, in reverse, or both. You can also add compression, use no compression, or have compression alone. That's it. There's no speeding up of the whole mechanism nor any way to elevate portions of it as in the arch lift on the newer KNQZE. It does concentrate kneading on your arch, however, which most others do not, and I favor this design. But forward, backward, or alternating direction; those are your Shiatsu choices. Compression: It's really super strong, as with most of these units. It has levels 0-9 which is the most I've seen. It also incorporates wave motion or slightly shifting your feet from side to side. It's not as compelling as the Cloud (which makes me feel like it's actually picking up my feet and moving them to one side...). It has a different overall compression feel to the Cloud, as well, since it only has a single bellows on each side of your foot. But I find the compression more than adequate on both machines. The pumps are strong yet fairly quiet, overall. Heat: this unit has 3 heat levels with the top one labeled 115 degrees. It gets very warm. I'd say it's the warmest massager I've used and it would likely appeal to people in colder climates. Other reviewers have indicated that this would be a plus for them. Vibration: there are 3 vibration levels and they actually do vary. The vibrators are located under the soles of your feet and I like the feeling they produce. I was never sure why the Cloud has those little salt shaker vibrators behind your heels (although they couldn't put them up front since that's where the main cylinder is located...). The JZBRAIN vibrators are surprisingly quiet over those on the Cloud. They are helped by alternating one foot to the other. So, there's only one vibrator on at a time and you do get used to the overall noise level. Position: You can use this unit flat, slightly tilted, or upright for your calves. The sturdy handle is fully adjustable. I only did calf compression once and it's about the same as with the Cloud. It compresses. It heats. I tried the unit flat and at a slight angle for my feet. I prefer the slight upward tilt. Basic Operation: When you first turn on the machine, it engages the Shiatsu rollers. This is well thought out since it's important to position your foot exactly where you want the central cylinder to sit; I believe it's supposed to rest in your arch. Then you select the program you prefer which will start the compression function along with your choice of direction for the rollers. Next, you adjust the compression level (there are 9 levels although I've only tried up to level 4...). Then you can add in heat and/or vibration with their separate controls. You can add time up to the 30 minute limit at any point in the cycle and you can repeat this as many times as you like. No need to stop and restart. What may annoy some, however, is that any change made to the program cuts out all of your other selections. So, for instance, if you want to switch from reverse to forward direction on the main cylinder you have to start the entire selection sequence all over again. This happens on virtually all massagers when you turn them off but this is the only one I've encountered that cancels out your choices mid-massage. It's not a deal breaker if you just get down the starting sequence and do it in the order I've outlined. Once you've figured out your program preference it's not a hardship, just something to be aware of. This massager comes with an attractive remote which I've not used. I'm not sure why people want them, in truth, since the control panel is right in front of you. It's just one more thing to misplace. Sorry about that if I'm passing judgement on those with limited mobility. I'll wager it works fine although they caution about keeping it very close to the control panel. This is a common complaint with a number of massagers and, again, if you can only use the remote right next to the controls I think you might as well just use the controls. One poor design choice was the placement of the power plug connection smack dab in the middle of the front of the unit, right underneath where you'd put the handle to lie the unit flat. I think that's likely to be a popular position, actually. Not only are you apt to smack the cord with the handle but this will prompt people to remove the cord frequently. The first time I removed the cord the socket came right out of the case. It did go right back in but I'd be cautious with it. They could have placed this socket anywhere; most units have it on the side towards the back. Another con may be adequate fit for those with larger feet. Look at the attached photo. I wear a men's size 9.5 EEE. My toes hit the plastic at the front of the slot with about an inch of space left to the rear. So, anyone with longer feet may find their toes sitting completely on top of the case, which is cold, but not uncomfortable. With the Cloud, I have about 1.5" left in front of my toes and my heels rest on the vibrators at the rear. Whether you fit into the JZBRAIN will depend on your foot position over the main cylinder but it's an issue well worth considering if you're above a US men's size 10. Cost: The original price of this unit was the same as the Cloud at $259. It seems to have slowly been reduced to $199, perhaps to boost sales. Amazon then took even more off when I chose to purchase it saying there was a coupon available. This priced it closer to the entry level massage units; I was jazzed! You clearly get a lot more bang for your buck with this massager over those. If you can find it at a reasonable price or on special I'd definitely give it a try. It might even be the perfect unit for you! Overall, this is one of my favorite foot massage units. As with all of them, you feel better after you've used it. But which one will be best for you is going to be an entirely subjective choice. I'm fond of the emphasis on the arch of the foot, the vibrators being located under the sole of the foot, the ample level of heat, and the numerous choices for levels of compression, heat, and vibration. It's surprisingly quiet, as well, even with the vibrators turned on. The large timer is also nicely visible and I love that it counts down for you. Being able to add time during a cycle is a bonus. Also consider durability with the heavier units. I'll wager the larger motors and compressors will last a bit longer although that's entirely conjecture on my part. Highly recommended! Addendum: Amazon sells right angle C-7 power cords in various lengths for tv's that will fit this unit and keep the plug out of harms way. This unit only draws 0.6 amps so a standard 18 gauge power cord should be more than adequate.

Absolutely love this foot massager!
As a doctor, I'm a little skeptical of massage devices, they are kind of hit or miss. My feet hurt often and always. I have been using this shiatsu foot and calf massager regularly, and it has exceeded expectations in both performance and versatility. The design allows it to be used on feet, ankles, and calves, which makes it much more useful than standard foot only devices. The massage quality is strong and consistent. The shiatsu function provides a deep, targeted pressure that closely mimics a firm manual massage. The pneumatic compression is one of the standout features. It delivers a uniform squeezing sensation that feels especially effective for relieving fatigue after long periods of standing or training. The combination of compression with kneading creates a more complete recovery experience than either feature alone. There are four massage modes, and each offers a slightly different pattern and rhythm. This makes it easy to adjust based on whether you want relaxation or a more intense recovery session. The nine intensity levels provide excellent control. Lower settings work well for daily use or sensitivity, while higher levels deliver a noticeably deep and vigorous massage that is useful after heavy workouts or long shifts. The heating function is subtle but effective. It does not feel overly hot, which is ideal for longer sessions, and it helps reduce muscle tightness and improves overall comfort. The vibration feature adds another layer of stimulation. It is not overpowering, but it complements the compression and kneading functions well. The build quality feels solid, and the interior lining is comfortable against the skin. It accommodates different leg sizes without feeling restrictive. The controls are straightforward and easy to adjust during use. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to use it on both feet and calves. Many devices are limited to one area, but this unit provides more flexibility, which increases its overall value. Overall, this is a highly effective recovery tool for anyone dealing with muscle fatigue, prolonged standing, or regular training. The combination of shiatsu, compression, heat, and vibration, along with adjustable intensity and multiple modes, makes it a well rounded and practical investment. Be ready, as it is quite the unit.

Finally a foot massager that actually feels strong enough!
After using this foot massager, I am genuinely surprised by how good it is. Right away I noticed that it is much larger than the smaller foot massagers I have owned in the past and that alone already makes a huge difference. The overall build quality also feels surprisingly premium for the price point. It does not feel cheap or flimsy and the massage strength honestly impressed me more than expected. I have tried smaller foot massagers before and they never really gave me the type of deep massage I actually wanted. This one finally feels strong enough to really work into the feet especially around sore areas after long days. The heat feature is also really relaxing and makes the whole experience feel even better. Combined with the kneading and vibration it honestly feels much more complete than basic foot rollers or cheaper massage devices. I also appreciate that it is roomy enough where your feet do not feel cramped while using it. Everything feels more comfortable and natural compared to compact models. The only downside is that because it is larger it definitely takes up more storage space than smaller foot massagers. Still for the performance difference I personally think it is worth it. At the moment, I would definitely recommend this item!

Great Combination of Heat, Compression, and Massage
I am extremely impressed with this foot massager and the level of comfort it provides. The combination of shiatsu massage, compression, and heat creates a relaxing experience that feels surprisingly close to a professional foot massage. The controls are easy to understand, and I appreciate having multiple settings to customize the intensity based on how my feet are feeling. The heat function adds an extra layer of comfort, especially after long days spent standing or walking. The unit feels sturdy and well-made, and it has become a regular part of my evening routine. I started using this massager after long workdays when my feet would often feel tired and sore. Spending 15 to 20 minutes with the massage and heat settings has become a great way to unwind before bed. The compression feature is especially enjoyable and helps create a more complete massage experience. If I could improve one thing, it would be making the power cord slightly longer to provide more flexibility in where the unit can be used. Other than that, this is an excellent foot massager that offers comfort, relaxation, and impressive value. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to soothe tired feet at home.
