Sturdy, Quality product Compatible with XT5 and Phones
I recently purchased the K&F Concept 64 inch/163cm Camera Tripod, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. As an avid photographer who loves outdoor shoots, this tripod has quickly become an essential part of my gear. Here are some key aspects that make this tripod stand out: Build Quality and Design The K&F Concept tripod is made of lightweight aluminum, which strikes a perfect balance between durability and portability. Weighing just a little over 3 pounds, it's incredibly easy to carry around, making it ideal for travel and outdoor photography. Despite its lightweight design, the tripod feels very sturdy and stable even when fully extended to its maximum height of 64 inches (163 cm). Stability and Performance One of the most impressive features of this tripod is its stability. The legs are adjustable and can be locked securely at different angles, allowing for a solid setup on uneven terrain. The non-slip rubber feet ensure that the tripod remains stable on various surfaces, whether it's rocky ground or smooth pavement. I’ve used it in windy conditions and it held up remarkably well, providing steady shots without any wobble. Ease of Use Setting up the tripod is a breeze. The quick-release flip-locks on the legs allow for fast adjustments, saving valuable time during shoots. The center column can be inverted for low-angle photography, which is a great feature for macro photography enthusiasts. The ball head is smooth and provides a 360-degree panoramic view, which is perfect for capturing wide landscapes. Portability The tripod comes with a convenient carrying bag that makes it easy to transport. It folds down to a compact size, fitting comfortably in my backpack without taking up much space. This portability is a huge plus for anyone who needs to travel light. Value for Money Considering its affordable price, the K&F Concept tripod offers exceptional value. It delivers professional-level performance and features typically found in higher-end models, making it a great investment for both amateur and professional photographers. Conclusion Overall, the K&F Concept 64 inch/163cm Camera Tripod is an excellent choice for anyone in need of a reliable, lightweight, and versatile tripod. Its sturdy construction, ease of use, and exceptional stability make it a top contender in its price range. I highly recommend it to fellow photographers looking for a dependable tripod for their outdoor adventures. Pros: Lightweight and portable Durable aluminum construction Quick and easy setup Stable on various surfaces Great value for money Cons: None that I’ve encountered so far This tripod has exceeded my expectations, and I’m confident it will do the same for others. Happy shooting!

obviously not pro. but small. light. definitely sturdy enough for a mirrorless and a big lens.
I first purchased the "manfrotto befree travel" tripod which also includes a fluid head for smooth panning. The fluid head was grindy and wobbled like it might break at any moment. so... I replaced it with this then for 1/6th the price! The befree is definitely sturdier, since it's made from aluminum, but it is not in any way worth what they're asking. This tripod is easier to carry and smaller to pack, with a plastic mount. Don't underestimate the value of a plastic mounting system, because that means it won't scratch anything! which is largely why this one weighs so little. While the plastic construction compromises stability, it does a fine job of holding a mirrorless camera with a 350mm zoom lens. It also has the handy hook on the reverse side so you can hang your backpack for some extra heft. (more than adequate for me. my backpack isn't doing anything while I'm shooting, might as well make it useful.) the best part is you can actually lock the ball head and use a separate panning adjustment without having to purchase a new head! don't judge it by the price. this is definitely a better buy than a manfrotto befree and probably also the PD, simply because it works so well for so little.

Diameter way too big but superb value, rock solid, and great quality
Though this is an incredible value and extremely solid and well-made, I am returning it and instead buying the K&F 63 inch ball head tripod model O235A1 BH40 for nearly the same price. This model is several inches shorter than the O235A1 BH40 when collapsed for storage or transportation. The shorter height seems appealing, but the collapsed diameter of this model is quite large. In fact, I cannot get more than one tripod leg into the side pocket of any of my camera backpacks. Having only one leg in a side pocket is too insecure and even if strapped tight to the side of a backpack it’s still quite large and bulky. It’s also so big in diameter that it’s not super easy to carry securely in one hand. I decided i would much rather have the O235A1 for nearly the same price. It’s minimum stored height is several inches longer but the diameter is much smaller. Though this tripod didn’t work out for me I am impressed by the build quality and stability. It’s a great deal if the diameter of the stowed tripod is not a big concern.

Well built and compact
This tripod feels very well built and sturdy, and is a great price. Have not had any issues with any parts coming loose. The 360 ball head allows for precise adjustment which is great. The quick release base plate is also a great addition, very convenient. The tripod is able to extend to be very tall but also is able to collapse into a fairly compact size considering its height and capabilities. I am able to fit it in a large tote bag, or just carry it around in the case that comes with it. Have not used the phone mount but it seems well made. I have not had it very long so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up, but it seems like it will last a good while
