Perfect Versatility and Piping Hot Coffee!
I am highly impressed with this coffee maker so far. It arrived right on time, and it has been a fantastic addition to the kitchen. Here are a few highlights from my experience: Excellent Flavor Control: I really like the "bold" flavor feature. It delivers a rich, robust cup of coffee that doesn't taste weak or watered down. Dual-Function Convenience: The flexibility is a huge plus. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to switch between quick K-Pods on busy mornings and regular coffee grounds when I want to brew a specific blend. Actually Hot: The coffee brews at a great, hot temperature right out of the machine—no need to pop it in the microwave. I haven't had a chance to test out the iced coffee feature just yet, but given how well the regular hot brew and boldness settings perform, I have high hopes for it. Bottom Line: If you want a versatile, reliable coffee maker that actually serves your coffee hot and full of flavor, this one is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Good cup o'Joe
Great little space saver. Wish the tank held more water but overall this is a keeper. I'd rather use the brew feature as the coffee tastes fresher than the k cups. Strength of coffee is on point. Brews a 14oz cup in about 30s. Looks nice on my counter without taking up space. Not to noisy but you know it's there. Not to heavy with a full tank. Includes everything you need to maintain a fresh cup of coffee everytime. Comes with a strong brew selection that i use often. Coffee comes out HOT and perfect with 3 scoops of ground coffee. It's made of mostly plastic with the exception of the coffee grounds basket which is metal that pops inside of a plastic house. You will need to refill your tank after two 14 Oz cups. Overall, it's a great little machine for a one person, hot beverage drinker.

Space saving at half the cost of a Keurig
A good little coffee maker compared to Keurig's. Especially at half the price. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles as my now defunct Keurig but it makes a decent cuppa in the mornings. I went through two Keurig coffee makers in two and a half years due to crappy electrical circuitry so I'm hoping this will last longer. That and it doesn't take up near the space on the counter and my wife likes the white color. She likes the appearance and I like the basic functionality. Happy wife, happy life.
