Really GOOD coffee! Product, not so much.
Update: It's been a month, and there are a couple of things worth noting. I still love the size, and the Bold setting gives me exactly the flavor I want. However, it has some strange actions. The brew cycle will sometimes stop, then start again after a bit. The first time that happened we had a mess in the kitchen. Now I know NOT to move the cup until the light goes out. Even then, it will continue to drip after the cycle is done, and the overflow tray overflows regularly. Today the descale light went on. Did I say I've only had it a month? Ok, do the descale thing. Light still on. Do the descale thing again, light still on. Unplug it for 1/2 hour - maybe it needs to reset itself. Plug it back in, light comes back on. I have a request in to support to help me make the light go off. I've had this coffeemaker about a week now, and so far I love it. I believe the coffee is better tasting than with my old Keurig. I love that it takes up half the space on my counter. I like my coffee BOLD and this delivers. I could hardly taste the difference using the Keurig, and the K always gave me problems and they never lasted so I'm done with them. The process takes some getting used to as you have to take the cup out and insert the pod into the cup to puncture it before putting it in the maker and the reservoir does not hold as much water, so you have to fill it more frequently, but it's also half the price of a Keurig. We'll see if it lasts better than the Keurig. I'm optimistic.

It makes a great cup of coffee.
I love my coffee maker. It's the perfect size. I bought a new cupboard with a butcher block top and I put my coffee maker on it and I have it on the pod drawer. I put my air fryer oven on it and I have a little coffee bar. I like that it has a water reservoir that I can fill and not have to fill it everytime I want a cup of coffee. It's really quick. I mean fast. I like that because who likes to wait for a cup of coffee. If you want a coffee maker and you don't have a lot of room order this. Not only that it makes a good cup of coffee. I have yet to have a bitter cup. I use spring water in my reservoir. I don't like tap water. Where I live it tastes gross. It's also really easy to clean. If you don't want to use a pod and you want to use ground coffee it has its own little pod and there is a setting to switch it over from the pod to ground. If you prefer a bolder taste there is a button for that. If you want ice coffee you can also do that. So all in all. It's the right size. I'm sure it will last. Has a couple different settings that you can use. You have a water reservoir. Has a pod for ground coffee. It's easy to use. It looks nice and I have a feeling it's going to last me a long time. I like it better than the 3rd Keurig we've bought and it doesn't last long. We've had 3 in the last 4 years. It's ridiculous. I keep trying to tell my husband to get rid of the Keurig and buy one like mine. He would be so much happier knowing it works.

Easy to clean, since you can take a lot of it apart and reliability is very good as well. Makes super fast coffee as well. Had mine done this morning, in just a matter of seconds and I love that about it! Very amazing coffee maker! Definitely recommend it and it’s worth the money!
