Straightforward delicious food, accompanied by cocktails and simple desserts
I started following Katherine and Randy online, and I loved the idea of the blue cheese in the turkey dressing and it’s moved on from there. I love the whole story, hardworking family, food and love and shared passion and the book shows it. My hubby and I look forward to a weekly date night where we cook something special and after 30 plus years, it works. So I feel a connection with their concept. I loved the blue cheese laced dressing, made the coconut cod this week, yum yum . The recipes are as simple as mushroom toast and a bit fancy (still simple) with the pistachio crusted lamb. It’s very user friendly with a pantry list. Excellent cook book and a wonderful concept. Buy the book ❤️
