This nifty little coffee maker is a big advance in Keurig coffee makers.

My old Keurig coffee maker broke down, so I searched for a new one on Amazon from a different manufacturer, but the only one that seemed to fit the bill was another Keurig (this one). I was surprised when I got it and started using it: all the things I didn't like about my old one were gone on this one. This one has a beautiful, kitchen-friendly design and can make an 8-oz cup of coffee in under 2 minutes. That's the fastest I've ever seen. The construction of this model is a significant improvement: it's simpler (fewer parts to break), more sturdy, and easier to clean (unlike my older Keurig). The water temperature is just above 160°F (70°C), which, in my opinion, is the perfect temperature for coffee. If you like it hotter, start with very warm water. Since this is a 1-cup coffee maker, it's incredibly easy to use: put water in the well (the water cup behind the device), put your coffee into the K-cup holder (or use a reusable holder with ground coffee), put your cup on the platform in front, then press the blinking K button on top. But what I like most about this coffee maker is that it uses a just-in-time boiler: a just-in-time boiler boils the water as the water is pumped through it, meaning that the water is not pumped to a boiler pot and boiled, then pumped out to the K-cup; on the contrary, it appears that the cold water is pumped right through the just-in-time boiler to the cup, saving a lot of time. That's why it's so fast. Isolating the pump from the boiling-hot water will also extend its life. I bought another coffee maker a year and a half ago that used this technology, but its pump failed in the first month. I never had a problem with Keurig pumps, so this coffee maker should last me a long time. And I would be remiss if I didn't also mention that the price I paid with a 29% introductory discount was excellent, but even at full price, this little coffee maker is a good deal. That's why I gave it five stars.

Best for areas where space is at a premium.

My previous smallest model Keurig coffee maker, was ideal until it made its last cup. I sensed it was on its last leg, with the other leg already in the grave, after it had given good service for at least 1.5 years if not more, when it started making weird noises. So i bought this new model right away, and had to put it in service within a week after its arrival, to replace the older one which finally breathed its last breath of life. When i searched for the exact same model, it was no longer available. To my surprise, they had a new ‘space saver’ model, this one, which was even smaller, and delightfully ran much quieter. An additional plus was that it is even smaller than the previous one cup Keurig, and more streamlined or narrower, and is available in 3 colors and traditional black, totaling four choices. Allowing for current inflationary pressures and assuming this product was subjected to American Tariffs on imports of things made in ‘Thailand’ ( ‘this Keurig’ ), which Tariffs amount to a ‘Consumer Tax’; i am guessing, based on the price paid, that this updated design, and quieter machine is priced lower that its previous Keurig one cup iteration. Last but not least, this machine has a fast action water heating system which causes hot coffee to start filling your cup within as little as 10 seconds after pushing the start button. A very good and economical choice especially where space is at a premium, in college dorms, office cubicles, smaller kitchen counter top areas in efficiency apartments, etc.

Less is definitely BETTER!

We purchased this Keurig K-Mini to take on a trip to use in the hotel room. We love our coffee and those hotel coffee makers seem to never produce a quality cup of coffee, if they work at all. This Keurig K-Mini is hands down the best purchase we have ever made on Amazon. Not only were we in coffee heaven at the hotel, we are in coffee heaven at home now too! This is so simple to use, takes very little effort, and saves a lot of counter space. Less counter space, easy to use, easy to clean, perfect cup every time, and doesn't break the bank. Who could ask for more! I saw on the reviews where others had water temperature issues. We have used this for 2 months now and every cup of coffee is hot and perfect. We think the trick is to not use chilled water. The water dispenser on our refrigerator is not pre-chilled. We do not have any "cons" for the Keurig K-Mini. This product paired with the McCafé Premium Roast K-Cups is the perfect combination for us.

This little Keurig is absolutely PERFECT 😍💅. It’s compact, cute, and matches my pink coffee bar aesthetic like it was made specifically for my kitchen. I love that it doesn’t take up a ton of counter space but still makes my coffee quickly and easily — because honestly, I need caffeine immediately in the morning before I start functioning like a normal person 😂✨. It brews fast, works great with my favorite K-cups, and is super simple to use. I also like that I can make different cup sizes depending on whether I’m feeling “just a little coffee” or “survival mode” ☕😭. And let’s be honest… the pink color is what really sold me 💖. My coffee station officially looks like a tiny boutique café now between this, my pink organizers, cups, and accessories ✨🏡. Definitely one of my favorite kitchen purchases ever!
