This thing is sturdy. Metal construction, plastic deck. Like that it comes with a bit of grip tape as many I found did not. Very easy to assemble and they gave you the tools for it. I did have to tighten the bolts for the front wheels, it was too loose for my beginner scooter kid. Might still be a bit too wobbly for him but its high time he learns some balance. Brake is plastic on top and a metal peice under so it brakes similar too regular razor scooters.

I bought this scooter for my 2.5 yr old granddaughter to replace her old one and I thought it would be a little challenging for her with the front wheels turning as she leans onto it.But she hopped right on it and was scooting with no problem.She absolutely loves it and the lights in the wheels are awesome.It was very easy to assemble and I would highly recommend it for kids who enjoy scooting!!
