La mangeoire parfaite
Appréciée par les oiseaux, solide et matériaux de grande qualité. Les deux compartiments séparés sont pratiques et contiennent beaucoup de nourriture. Par exemple, le grillage plus petit est rempli d’un mélange de petites graines et le plus grand de graines noires de tournesol en écales. Au début du remplissage on peut cacher les ouvertures du bas avec une main. Le plastique du dôme est épais et protège bien des intempéries. L’assemblage est simple et une longue visse intégrée sécurise le tout. La mangeoire est parfaite, il suffit de trouver un endroit stratégique inaccessible aux écureuils rusés! Je tenais à l’installer dans l’arbre pour la beauté et la protection supplémentaire, les branches rigides sont assez éloignées (j’en ai coupées et attachées quelques-unes) et les plus flexibles ne peuvent leur servir d’appui. On peut suspendre la mangeoire de 1001 façons, celle que j’ai choisie en photo. L’anneau en triangle (inclus) est attaché au gros bouton de la visse qu’on tourne pour ouvrir ou fermer le couvert de la mangeoire. Mésanges et Geais bleus sont heureux!

Excellent quality and value
The birdfeeder is excellent quality. Everything about it is sturdy and well-made. I really like the rain guard which sufficiently covers the entire bird feeder. The birds seem to favor this feeder over my old one and I think it could be because the rain guard makes them feel a bit more secure and covered up. It is easy to fill with bird seeds and I think will be easy to clean. It has a great perch for the birds to sit and eat the seeds comfortably. And I like how the bottom of the seed holder is open enough for the seeds to continually flow downward into the tray. My old one has small openings, and the seeds seem to get stuck and I have to constantly shake it. Lastly, the green is a very nice shade of green. I don’t usually like green; but this color, I can live with. 😊🐦⬛

Keeps the rain out.
Great feeder! We don’t have a large variety of birds in my area and the weather isn’t too great. We DO have obnoxious nasty magpies and ravens , along with chickadees, finches, etc. This feeder will not entertain the bigger birds 👍 . One side accommodates the tiny nyjer seed and in the other side we put sunflower seed hearts. To keep the squirrels out of it I use hot pepper birdseed. Birds love it and they don’t taste the heat. Squirrels, on the other hand…One taste and the squirrels go bonkers and don’t come back for seconds. 🤣🤣🤣 The pepper is safe for birds AND squirrels. Use caution when filling the feeders and wear gloves.

Stable, keeps food dry, weighty, however not Racoon proof. Lol. Take inside upon nightfall. I had my first one for three years before last weeks mishap. I have moved it close to a tree due to landscape. The birds love it out in the open where it was, and love it near their trees. Really nice feeder. No clogs, food stay's dry and has a good weight distribution. Several small birds perch and dine at the same time. Also have it near a bird bath. Don't forget to water our bird friends.
