I LOVE EASY
Five stars simply for arriving already assembled!! AND for being so easy to fill. Simply remove the handle. Have to love it! Thank you and God Bless. Update: I might love it, but the birds don’t. It is too early to say…I have seen a couple of small birds on it, It could be the seed mix that doesn’t appeal. Update: I had my doubts, but The little birds are coming now and we really enjoy watching them go in for seeds. They seem to feel fairly safe too because they take their time. There is a family of gorgeous house finches that sit inside and eat, and they enjoy all the feeders and bird bathes. So fun to watch. Update: After just a few weeks, this has turned out to be the house finches favorite feeder!

Bester Futterspender überhaupt!
Das ist für mich der bisher beste Futterspender für die kleinen heimischen Singvögel überhaupt. Hatte all die Jahre das Problem das Elstern, Krähen und Eichhörnchen versuchten nicht nur ans Futter zu kommen, sondern auch mit ihrer Größe und ihrem Gewicht jedes Futtersystem nach kurzer Zeit zum Abssturz brachten aushebelten, öffneten und zerstörten. Dieses stabile Teil aus Metall läßt Durch seine Gitter alle kleinen Vögelchen durch und bietet keinerlei Angriffsfläche für alles was mit Gewalt ans Futter will. Sogar die Spechte haben begriffen das sie nur mit dem Kopf durchkommen und wohl fressen können, aber nichts kaputthacken. Ich gebe dem Teil 5 Sterne!

Seems truly squirrel-proof and good for small-medium birds
I feel this feeder is well-made and should hold up for several years. I like that, while it is smaller (which I needed) it still has four feeding ports. The grid seems well-designed to keep out squirrels yet the openings are large enough to permit a wide variety of bird: finches, chickadees, smaller sparrows, nuthatches, etc. This takes the pressure off my other feeder, where cardinals, towhees, etc can feed. It's easy to refill and, almost best of all, easy to clean because the interior tube is wider and shorter than normal and super-easy to access when you remove the lid. Very happy with my purchase!

Lovely hanging bird feeder.
This is a great metal bird feeder. I actually bought the guard one, for the lid against the rain, and to stop larger birds getting in, to save it for the smaller ones(no squirrels in my urban garden). The ground feeder birds have the table and trays, but will try to cheekily snatch the small birds food. It's a lovely deep green, and very easy to take apart for cleaning and refilling. Hangs on a hook, on the pergola. Happy birds=happy me.
