Great laptop holder
I did not personally buy this unit for myself. I was looking at it and liking what I saw even though there were only 12 reviews. I mentioned it to my daughter and she bought it for me as a surprise. I absolutely love it because it's made out of metal and holds my Chromebook plus (which is quite heavy) very nicely. I also like where the phone holder is positioned because I often give 35 minute plus video talks and use my phone for notes. The positioning allows me to have great eye contact with my audience – it's almost as if I'm having total eye contact with them and not using notes at all– have had several comments to that effect. The rotation feature is also excellent and turns very easily – that's a nice feature if you ever want to share your screen with somebody sitting next to you – you can rotate the screen and they don't have to reposition in order to see the screen clearly. Some have mentioned that the mechanism is quite stiff, but I consider that a plus because who wants to change the position of their laptop stand very often. I don't transport it any place so I don't need to be repositioning it. I find what is best for me and leave it that way. My only regret is that by the time my daughter ordered it for me. It had gone up three dollars, but I consider $32 as a real bargain for such a solid unit. If you buy it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

My Neck Is Finally Thanking Me!
This laptop stand has been a really nice upgrade for my desk setup. Being able to raise the laptop to a more comfortable height makes a big difference, especially if you spend a lot of time working at a computer. My neck and shoulders definitely appreciate it. life saving for whoever uses laptop simultaneously with the smartphone. I didn't think at first the rotating base would be that big of a deal, but it’s actually super handy for just tweaking the angle without having to pick up the whole stand and reposition it. It is not too heavy, but is sturdy enough to make it to tip over even with my bigger laptop on it. It’s a bit stiff to move up and down, but that’s probably better than it being flimsy. It holds my laptop at the perfect height so I’m not slouching all day. If you’re looking for something that won’t wobble while you type, this is a great pick. will definitely keep this one in my desk and might buy another one, it worth it the price, and it is versatile you can move it between your workplaces, or for a office outdoors.
