I ordered this decanter for a birthday present. He loves the weight of the stopper and decanter. The beveling on the decanter adds a nice little flair to the elegance of the decanter. He did notice some imperfections in the decanter. I contacted customer service and got excellent service. The issue was resolved with no problem. I feel like they really care and stand behind their products. We will definitely order again from this company.

Pretty and functional!
Very nice product. Neck was designed to make the incoming liquid swirl nicely, even while using a funnel to filter sediment. Holds a standard 750 very nicely, at the widest level you want for proper aeration of your bottle. Neck is a little narrow for a standard cleaning wand, but it works well enough as long as you're careful when you gently push it through. Very nice value for the money. Packaged VERY safely and shipped quickly.

This is a beautiful decanter. We bought it as a Christmas gift. It is heavy and packaged very securely to arrive undamaged. We had it originally shipped to the recipient, but it never arrived. The customer service was very accommodating and reshipped the product to our address to ensure delivery. I would definitely purchase from this retailer again.
