Exactly what I needed
I needed something to store my dried herbs in that was cat proof. This box worked out perfectly. The lid is very easy to slide in and out, the color of it is perfect, nice and earthy. It also helps to keep the overwhelming smell of herbs from constantly being in my office. Storage capacity was the perfect size for what I was looking for, the wood is sealed together tightly, no gaps. Price is decent, could have been a little cheaper but not going to complain when I can actually use it.

Worked out well for my use
I’m happy with these boxes. I ordered 2 to use as dog urns. I ordered a dog tag with each dogs name and a little description to glue on the box. I’ve been meaning to purchase urns for years but the size of the urns never match the cardboard box the ashes came back in. I wanted to just put the cardboard box they came in into an urn. This worked out well. I didn’t need anything fancy. The reason I did this is my beautiful lab that I just had to put to sleep came back in a plain wooden box.

Sturdy
Made a cabinet out of it for a small Pyle subwoofer designed for a car door, using it with a small Kinter K3118-2.1 stereo audio receiver all items that I bought on Amazon. These are used with very small used Bose speakers which do not have good bass as a stereo system for my computer. The subwoofer enhanced the sound but needed a cabinet. It was not easy finding a box deep enough for the subwoofer.
