Le Toy Van Dolls' House - Mulberry Manor
I bought this for my daughter's 4th birthday. It arrived within two days and was extremely easy to put together. All the pieces slot into place so it is just as easy to dismantle, but is sturdy enough for children to play with. I am very impressed with the finish of the house. The sash windows open and shut, and stay shut with magnets. My daughter opens the roof herself and takes it off to make the front path. We bought 3 sets of furniture for the house (drawing room, kitchen and bedroom) and you really don't need any more, although we'll probably also get the children's bedroom. The accessories are wonderful with fantastic attention to detail, eg. the kitchen has milk bottles for the fridge and a slice of toast in the toaster; the chairs have tie-on cushions - and all made out of wood and fabric rather than plastic. The family is cute (although not currently available on Amazon; we bought it separately). They are primarily wood but are jointed so that can stand, sit, dance etc. The gift was a huge success and I expect she will be playing with it for many years.

4yr old loves it
This is a really nice wooden doll house. We had bought a bigger one from toysrus I believe it was made by imaginarium but we ended up returning it. Even though it came fully furnished it was not a dollhouse persay, had cheap sticker back lining on the walls. Was open in the front. This Letoy Van dollhouse in comparison is beautiful. So easy to put together and it has such a nice finish to it. Very girlie, and I love the way the doors and windows shut. The only downfall is you need to buy furniture. But from my viewpoint I would rather get a pretty dollhouse that can be used by siblings (and perhaps passed down) and buy furniture than get something a little more tacky looking.

Splendide ! Les maisons toy van sont vraiment de qualité. J'ai profité d'un prix bas sur amazon et je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat. Les couleurs sont belles et la maison est solide. Il ne reste plus qu'à compléter avec les meubles qui restent à un prix élevé tout de même ...j'aime les escaliers et l'échelle ainsi que les fenêtres qui s'ouvrent à l'américaine. Petit plus si on retire la partie arrière du toît et qu'on la retourne pour mettre parterre devant la maison ça fait un petit jardin avec une allée. 3 niveaux de jeux ma fille va s'éclater !!!

My 3-year-old granddaughter loves it and is very imaginative in playing with it. She likes the window shutters that open and the door that dolls can knock at and come in. She loves the stairs and being able to choose her own placement of the furniture. I got the tinderleaf dolls to go in it and they fit well. The colors are pretty not garish and it is designed well. It is easy to put together. She has not had it that long so I'm not sure how sturdy it is yet. I'm sure it could break if a child put too much weight on a hinged wall or something.
