A perfect display piece
I haven’t bought a large Lego set in a minute. And although the price is quite hard to stomach. Once it’s built, and you can take a step back and look at it. You don’t feel anything but amazement. Every person that sees it wants to take a closer look .the action features with sliding cannons is truly a piece of design engineering that makes it feel like a premium product. I’ve had almost all of the main line vessels released by Lego and yes this beats any sailing ship ever produced by them. From details to shaping, this couldn’t have been made 5 years ago and looked this good. Congrats Lego you brought me back into the hobby.

A massive upgrade from the 2011 version – worth every penny
As someone who has been waiting years for a proper Black Pearl return, this 10365 set absolutely delivers. The 2,800+ piece count isn't just "fluff"—the internal detailing of the captain's cabin and the way the hull is shaped are leagues ahead of the old 4184 playset. The weathering on the fabric sails is a nice touch; they look aged without feeling cheap. It’s a huge display piece (over 25 inches long), so make sure you actually have the shelf depth for it before you buy. If you’re a Pirates fan, the minifigure lineup alone makes this a centerpiece. It’s the definitive version of Jack’s ship, period.

lego nostalgia
Haven't touched lego in years until I saw this set on tv. I dug through the old lego box i had lying in the house to uncover my old black pearl set and as a die hard potc fan I already knew the old set wasn't so accurate but looking at this new one being more like the one in the movie made me purchase it immediately, was surprised it was even in stock lol. Although it's a cool set, It's really expensive so spend your adult money wisely.

Best Lego set I’ve ever purchased. We have the older version of the Lego Deathstar and this set in my opinion beats it. The look, it looks like a piece of art. Easy to build; my 14 year old built it over the span of two days. The price in my opinion is worth it. Beautiful display piece and great to play with. The amount of detail that went into this Lego set is expansive. Also, larger than I expected it to be.
