Great chair greater customer care!
In a previous review I was disappointed to say the least. We were missing parts. We ordered in enough time to give as a Mother's day gift. I emailed the company to have them send me the missing parts for the one chair. The representative emailed back expeditiously assuring me the problem would be resolved. The company emailed the next day offering a full replacement of the chair not just the part! I was sent a tracking number and it arrived today! I am so impressed with the customer service and how quick the resolved it going above and beyond. My review on the chair is wow, I LOVE THEM! We are big people and specifically wanted a heavy duty oversized rocker. Look no more this is the chair for you. Big beautiful and sooooo comfortable. Please note the high back, most are only 41 in , this chair is 43+ in, supporting more of your upper area of body for extreme relaxation! Great built for long lasting front porch enjoyment!

We’ve had these chairs a couple of weeks now and we really love them. It wasn’t a problem putting them together. The instructions are clear. They are sturdy and comfortable. We can tell they will last and that is good because they look great. They get lots of compliments.

Large & heavy porch rockers look nice
Have had these about a year on front porch. Larger & heavier than expected. We don't use often so can't comment on durability but they wash up well with soap & hose sprayer. We've received compliments on how they look on our porch.
