Have patience, "like with any device", setting it up
The tablet is excellent. I updated from same brand, an earlier version., so I consider it a few steps beyond that. Sound is louder. It displays things in a wonderful way. Very responsive. At first, I had to get used to it being larger, heavier. But it's now part of me. [As usual, (I guess it's usual) I took a lotta time, and days setting it up to be like my old one. - by trial & error ! The worst part was when I was shut out of many of my sites and accounts. UNTIL I figured I only had to update Chrome Google. BUT.... That's just how these things go. 🐒 I wish you had sent user's manual or set-up manual, but I guess that would be the size of an encyclopedia. Ha. AS for value for the money : I don't know about other tablets. Seems good, though.
