These are the ONLY bath bombs I buy
Note: Updates at the bottom. Finding good-quality bath bombs on Amazon has been more difficult than I expected. I bought a set at Christmas that was rated well by hundreds of reviewers. However, every one of the bath bombs smelled like old-lady perfume from the 80s and left skin dry. When I dug deeper into the reviews, I noticed that many trusted reviewers actually gave very low ratings. I should have paid closer attention to this warning sign. I hunted around for quite some time before I decided on this set from Life Around 2 Angels. I was not disappointed! First off, these bath bombs actually smell like what their labels indicate they’re supposed to smell like. Strawberry Kiwi smells incredible, as do Mango Papaya, Melon Ball, and Black Raspberry Vanilla. I love nearly every fragrance in this set but I’m really drawn to those four in particular. I like that each bath bomb is individually wrapped with a label, making scent identification easy. We’ve now used the entire set and not one has left behind any dye or big mess to clean up. (I have found that certain LUSH bath bombs leave the tub in quite a slippery, messy state after bath time is over.) Even more importantly, these bath bombs have left our skin feeling silky and refreshed, not greasy, and without discolouration from the dyes. If you’re planning to give this set as a gift, your recipient(s) will be completely wowed. It is packaged so beautifully. I rarely include photos with any of my reviews but the simple and pretty packaging is worth showing. It’s only March but this set just became my go-to Christmas gift for 2019. It will be so fun to give these sets away, knowing how much relaxation and enjoyment they’ll bring. Update April 2019: I’ve already purchased three more sets of these (one for us, two as gifts). The gift recipients loved them as much as I do! Update January 2021: Since writing this review, I’ve now purchased a total of 17 boxes of these bath bombs. My husband loves them, and we regularly give them away as self-care gifts. Several recipients actually asked where we got them and repurchased them as well. They go out of stock for a couple months sometimes, but fortunately they always seem to come back. I’ve noticed that the price is increasing steadily, though, which may result in us buying fewer sets in the future.

Quality Above Expectation
For the price per bathbomb, my initial assumption was that these would be no better than the cheap drugstore (Bodycology) bath bombs you give your mom on Mother’s Day; when you have nothing more than 5$ in your pocket. In other words, virtually scentless, with nonexistent color. Though, I’m sure we all know what they say about making assumptions. Suffice to say, I was wrong, and happily surprised to be so. - First and foremost: Packaging. The bath bombs are each carefully wrapped in tissue paper and labeled, then placed in a bed of compostable paper. It may not have been the most dazzling packaging but it was 99% eco friendly and effective. Not a single one arrived broken. - Secondly, Scent. When I opened the box, I was hit by a wave of fragrance. It wasn’t quite as overwhelming as walking into a candle store, but certainly a shock. Without a doubt, it was easy to smell the individual scent through the tissue paper. No one bath bomb was too similar to the last, and each one just as pleasant. When added to a warm bath, they smelled just as strong if not stronger. They weren’t so strong that they were overwhelming, but certainly as present as a fragrance spray or candle. - Third, Color. Of course, they’re all just as pictured when dry, but it’s when submerged that you’d like to know. Well, fantasticly enough the color is pretty potent. My boyfriend chose a black vanilla raspberry for his bath (of course), and the color easily saturated the entirety of the bath. The water wasn’t a clear black either, but an opaque black. To make matters better, despite the color potency it didn’t stain one bit. - Lastly, fizz. The bath bombs did a pretty great job of fizzing. They reacted with adequate energy. I’d say they would be a major improvement from brands like Bodycology but a step down from the craze that Lush can bring. All in all, I’d highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a quality bath bomb at a more reasonable price.

Every bath a luxury spa experience and very reasonably priced
We tried a few bath bomb and bath salt products, but this is by far our favorite and we are now subscribed. Just a fantastic set of diverse, high quality bath bombs, each beautiful and fragrant in a different way, and in a really nice package. It's such a simple way to make baths feel like a luxury spa. Our spirits always feel refreshed and our skin nice and smooth after each bath. It's honestly really hard to imagine finding another bath product that would improve on this.

7th TIME buying Life Around 2 Angels
They are worth every penny. The description is true. And they are individually wrapped with the scent label on outside of each bomb. They also make great gifts. Add a few to a gift bag. Put them in your drawers and closets. When using them in a bath, they truly do make your skin incredibly soft and they have never thrown off the Ph of my girl parts. Ya’ll cannot believe how expensive they smell! Nothing but excellence with this product.
