Very Happy Customer
I bought 4 of these Taja notebooks for journaling, two in green and two in purple. The price is amazing, (30+ years of journaling talking), and I love the colors, which are true to the pictures. The size of the book, at 7.1"x10", gives me more writing space than smaller journals that are more expensive. One of the selling points for me was the paper thickness and the mention of less bleed through, because I prefer to write on both sides of the paper. Plus, I'm a huge fan of writing with Sharpie fine point pens. Regarding construction...these notebooks are very nice. The covers are thick and sturdy, and the spiral binding adds to my confidence that they are well made. Anyone who journals as much as I do knows how important it is that the notebook be able to hold up to moderate abuse. So far, my experience is that these Taja notebooks will do exactly that, which makes me a very happy customer. I write several times a day, I go through a lot of journals, and I know a great journaling notebook when I find it, and these Taja notebooks are fantastic. I'll definitely be stocking up. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely solid item. Good quality paper... good quality rings... good quality binding err covers not sure what to call it. The paper is quality and easy to write on and it flattens out perfectly on a table so you're not writing at a slant. If I make a mistake or I need to change my mind on something, I could tear the paper out easily and it doesn't make a difference in the rest of the book that's remaining... it's truly forgiving. It has a plastic pocket in the back can hold a few pages or memorabilia and then it has a rubber elastic to hold your page if you're journaling. Pure happy notebook. I use a pen that has a clip so I can slide it in the rings, otherwise there's no place really to hold a pen in case you want to take the book on the road with you.

In addition there are dedicated pages in the front to index the content of the notebook. The ink does not bleed thru the paper even when I use colored pens. The content organizer helps organize the variety of information. There is a pocket page in the back cover to hold papers. There is an elastic band that can be used to hold the book closed or mark your spot. I buy these every other month. There are lines which are college Rules spaced.
