A well-constructed and useful backpack
February 2026 Update This bag has held up very well. It doesn't get frequent use, but it's been stored on the floor of transport vans and doctors' offices. It hasn't shown any wear at the bottom, and the zippers and snaps still work easily. I've found I really do make use of the multiple pockets which causes the only issue I've experienced: I can fill it quite full without it feeling too heavy when I wear it on my back. That means I underestimate how far it extends and bump into objects and people accidentally - particularly on crowded elevators. I'm still very satisfied with this purchase. Original review: I needed a backpack quickly. Security wasn't a big concern for me. I have a backpack I use for travel that has secure zippers and RFID pockets. This backpack was for me to use when I accompanied someone to multiple doctor appointments. It needed to hold quite a bit of paperwork in file folders along with my smaller cross body purse and the patient's wallet. I also wanted to carry water bottles, hand wipes, snacks, and other items such as pens, a steno pad. I hoped to find a backpack that was: 1. Inexpensive since this was something I didn't think I'd be using on a regular basis. 2. Attractive and slightly less casual or sporty than my other backpacks. 3. Reasonably lightweight and well constructed. I've been using this for about 3 weeks, and it's exceeded my expectations. It cost less than $25, but the low cost isn't reflected in the quality of its construction. Seams are well finished; zippers slide easily and are attached properly; the materials do not feel cheap or unpleasant. The "buckle" straps actually have magnetic snaps that hold them down securely. The two side pockets each hold a full sized water bottle. I particularly like the number of pockets of all sizes both inside the backpack and on the outside. I am able to store the large number of items I want to carry, without having smaller items fall to the bottom. I actually didn't notice until I opened the package that the top opens fully like a briefcase or doctor's bag. That makes it very easy to see what's inside and reach in without exposing any of the things I'm carrying. I don't carry it with me, but my 11" laptop would easily fit in the padded sleeve provided. The Lovevook Laptop Backpack feels comfortably balanced with well padded straps, and I find it easy to carry and maneuver with while pushing a wheelchair. I think it will last for quite a while since I only carry it a couple of times a week at the most, but it feels as if it would stand up to much heavier use. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Call me Goldilocks!
After a long and exhaustive journey through a forest of laptop bags, my search for the perfect backpack has finally come to an end. First, I tried a crossbody bag, sure it was light, but it was just way too small to fit my daily essentials along with my tech. It barely stayed closed around my laptop... and forget about it if I had to travel! No room for anything! Then, I decided I really needed more room. So I switched to a tech backpack. I thought it would be great for travel because I could pack enough for an overnight. Sure, it had the capacity, but it was WAY too big and heavy, even before I loaded it up. It was so deep, I could have packed a small child in the main compartment. It felt like I was carrying camping gear just to go work at Starbucks. And with all the nooks, crannies and pockets, I could never find what I was looking for! This backpack, however, is, without a doubt, EXACTLY PERFECT. The size is the sweet spot — it has enough compartments and capacity to hold everything I need without feeling bulky or cumbersome. It's deep enough for my big laptop, but not so cavernous that I lose my mouse in the bottom. The comfort level is fantastic; the straps and back panel feel well-designed, making it genuinely comfy to carry, even during a longer trek. It even hooks to my carry-on suitcase securely. Beyond the perfect fit, the quality is outstanding. The material feels incredibly sturdy and durable, which gives me confidence that it will last. It's nicely padded, so I don't worry about my Mac every time I set it down. It has a hidden pocket in the back to protect my phone from subway pickpockets. It even corrals my 40 oz Stanley! Plus, as a bonus, the color (which I was a little nervous about) is absolutely fantastic in person. It's more of a heather violet than a screaming "LOOK AT ME!" purple. It does everything I need it to do, combining function, form and comfort flawlessly. If you're tired of searching for the "just right" bag, stop here! The bears and I approve!

Sturdy, stain resistant, fits all my stuff. 👍
I am a student in photography and art. I’m also disabled and chronically ill. Ergo, my bag has to carry a LOT of stuff — spare masks, medication, powdered electrolytes, camera lenses, water bottles, snacks, textbooks, art supplies, noise canceling headphones, spare film, DnD stuff, and other items. Sometimes my folding cane as well. So I wanted a school bag that didn’t feel like a freshman backpack that could store the kitchen sink. I ended up ordering two bags, one of these and one from a different brand. Despite being a little cheaper than the other brand, the quality is MUCH higher on this bag. I love it. It’s incredibly sturdy and stain resistant (getting it in navy blue didn’t hurt in that regard). There’s a gazillion pockets so everything has a home. I use the little zipper bag for little odds and ends I need easy access to like Liquid IV, emergency meds, antibacterial wipes, microfibers, etc. In spite of everything I shove in there, there’s still enough room for my binders, textbooks, laptop, etc. When I’m all loaded down and carrying on both shoulders, the weight distribution is comfortable and even, and it doesn’t interfere with me using my cane. It’s also just a beautiful bag. I really like the design choices. There’s an internal bar in the top of the backpack underneath the zipper to help keep its form. It opens like a coin purse and makes loading and unloading very easy. The details are well designed and implemented. I think others have had zipper issues but I have not. The big front flap does not have a zipper. It’s just the flap down holding it in place. I imagine it would be very easy for someone to reach in and steal from you. I am not in crowds or other environments that invite pickpockets, so this isn’t an issue for me. Also there’s a zippered pocket under the straps (protected by your back when you’re carrying it) for cash/cards, but I think it would be very uncomfortable to carry your entire wallet in there.

Cute and stylish bag for school and work!
It's a really spacious bag that does not look too big. I can fit my 15 inch laptop, a novel, ipad, kindle, lunch, emergency and essentials kit, makeup pouch, and much more! The side pockets can fit my 32oz owala and an umbrella. The material feels sturdy and it has a lot of pockets which is exactly what I was looking for. I use it as a uni and work bag! It looks professional enough and it's cute. I worry about the longevity of the magnets but it hasn't been an issue so far, and it's an easy fix. I dont need the usb cable so I took it out. Just a note that if you don't plan on using the usb charger you can remove it, but it leaves a hole on the bag, it does have some cover but it has a gap so rain may get in it if you don't cover it. Overall I think you get a good bag for such a good price.
