Finally a stand I can trust
I have gone through several rectangular stands, and there are some decent ones out there. But they all have the same major flaw, even the decent ones. Unless the stand is almost completely collapsed, the monitor is precariously balanced. Prone to accidental tipping. Tipping this stand will take a deliberate act. It gets a healthy 5 stars today, the day I received it. Hopefully - if they are not made redundant by floating monitors - this monitor stand will stand the test of time...

Work great, and at a great price.
Works as advertised. Tight hold once in position. Not difficult to change position as some have suggested, just a bit tight. Great price. I have an older (12+ years old) Win10 laptop that is on the stand behind my newer and much faster Ubuntu 26.04 laptop which arrived with Win11 (ugh) but was soon overwritten with Linux. I am keeping the older Win10 unit as it contains lots of stuff from years ago. Having it mounted right behind and above my newer unit is very helpful.
