Excellent customer service, beautiful candle warmer
Updating my review as the seller reached out to me a day after I posted my review, apologized and immediately offered to send out a replacement. We received the new candle warmer 2 days later and it is working great. We will see if this one holds up but I’m impressed with the customer service and the candle warmer itself is good quality and I really like that there is a timer so my son can set it for 2 hours (or more) and I don’t have to worry about him remembering to turn it off. Bought it for my son in March. He used it for a few hours at a time, a few times a week. Now it won’t turn on. Tried changing the bulb, different light sockets and nothing…wouldn’t recommend.

This so lovely to look at when the lights are all off! You can adjust the lamp to your desired length. I decided on the length of my forearm, and it's perfect. You can also adjust how bright you want the light, which is a dream. I don't like it super bright, and it dims nicely. However, if you like it bright, it's as shown in the video I took.
