Heat and Cold Therapy in a Massage Gun is a Winning Combo

Most massage guns just do percussion. This Naplor adds heat and cold therapy to the mix, and the difference is noticeable. The heat function warms up to 113°F which feels great on tight muscles in my neck and shoulders before working them with the percussion. The cold mode drops down to around 46°F and works well for post-workout inflammation. Having both options built into the same device saves me from juggling ice packs and heating pads alongside a separate massager. The smart LED display is clean and easy to read, showing your current speed level, temperature mode, and battery status at a glance. Dedicated heat and cold buttons let you switch between thermal modes without cycling through menus. Five speed levels cover everything from gentle relaxation to deep tissue work, and the percussion hits hard enough on the higher settings to get into stubborn knots. The motor runs surprisingly quiet even on the higher speeds - I can use it while watching TV without cranking the volume. The ergonomic grip is comfortable and the angle lets you reach your own back and shoulders without awkward contortions. Multiple attachment heads are included for targeting different muscle groups, and they swap on and off easily. Everything stores neatly in the included carrying case which is sturdy enough to toss in a gym bag. A couple things to keep in mind: don't use the heat or cold functions for more than 15 minutes at a time, and avoid using it on broken skin or inflamed areas. The initial charge takes about 2 hours and battery life has been solid through multiple sessions before needing a recharge. The only downside is that the cold function takes a minute or two to reach full temperature, so it's not instant relief. The heat warms up faster. Also the unit has some weight to it, which is fine for short sessions but your arm may fatigue during longer use on hard-to-reach areas. Getting percussion, heat, and cold therapy in one device with a carrying case is a great value for the money. Recommend for anyone dealing with muscle soreness who wants more than just a basic massage gun.

This is my first massage gun with heat and cold, and I love it! The attachment head for heat and cold is a game changer. The box and the pictures in the product description show hot and cold on the attachment head. For those wondering, it does not get hot and cold at the same time. The temperature attachment, for heat and cold, has a fan that runs, and it gets a little warm with use. I love that this device has buttons to change settings, instead of a touchscreen. It also has a digital display which shows the level for battery and speed. The left button is for heat and has corresponding colors for the temperature: yellow – low, orange – medium and red – high. The right button for cold shows green – low, light blue/teal – medium, and dark blue – coldest. Warning: People with color vision deficiency, especially color intensity or light to dark, may have issues determining the cool setting based on the light and dark blue indicator lights. The middle button is for power and once the device is powered on, that same button changes the speed from 0 to 5. Massage gun comes equipped with a full-zippered, lightweight, sturdy-handled case and other attachment heads, including ball, air cushion, bullet and u-shaped. All of them are great and provide massages for different areas. The shape and design of the massage gun is ergonomic and easy to hold. This device is medium weight. It’s not super heavy, but it has some weight on it. The device’s handle has a nice slip resistant grip, making it easy to hold while in use. The battery charges in under three hours and goes for a while depending on the speed and settings used. There is an auto shut-off after about 10 minutes, so if used longer, be prepared to turn it back on. Overall, it is a nice massage gun, and it is quiet compared to similar massagers. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with this massage gun!

This massage gun has been a huge hit in my house! I have three multi-sport teenage athletes and a husband who does his best to keep up with them, so we are not short on achy muscles. Someone is always fighting over whose turn it is with the new massage gun and no one hardly touches the budget one we had before this. While this one is a bit pricier, it definitely feels like it is worth it. For starters, this massage gun is stout. It has a solid heavy feel to it that gives a little extra when trying to get in a deep massage, and the massage gun is comfortable in your hand. There are so many attachments that they all seem to love trying out, and each attachment twists to lock in, which is a nice upgrade over our old one. I also like that it comes with a molded case with places for all of the attachments so nothing gets lost or damaged. Another upgrade is that it has hot and cold options as well. The boys like the cold option for after baseball games where they have pitched and need to ice their arms and prefer the hot for after football or wrestling abuse. My husband doesn’t care what option I choose as long as I’m massaging him. The battery life on this is very good and much longer than our old and I like that it has a c-port for charging and includes a cord. It charges very fast. The LED display with the battery life and five intensity levels is easy to read and has buttons for power/level, heat, and cooling. One other important thing to note, is this massage gun runs so much quieter than other ones that I have used. This is an especially appreciated feature when they are want to use it during family movie time. All in all, I think this is a great value if you are looking for a quality massage gun to last a long time!
