Accurate readings
Blood pressure cuffs are hard to manage on a daily basis and I like to monitor my BP right now as my meds have changed. I have read my BP with this wrist monitor before 2 different doctors appointments, and it's off by about 3 points over what the doctor reads. I can live with that. It's so quick and easy.

Useful product. Reliable and convenient.
Once you get the positioning correct, and take 3 minutes between each repeat reading, you will arrive at a relatively consistent reading. Its is much more convenient than the bicep BP devices, but there may be variability in readings.
