Great customer service.
I acquired one recently, especially for the area of my plants. It was working perfectly; I love how big it is and that it lasts a long time without having to refill water constantly. But it stopped working all of a sudden, so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Nico, a specialist, who gave me some steps to see if it would turn on again, but nothing worked. In the end, they decided to send me a replacement, which I loved because I really like this humidifier. The water capacity doesn't make any noise, and the light show is nice.

Works as described, and very easy to use. Noise level is pretty low while on and generally not very noticeable even in a quiet room or overnight. The color changing light feature can be turned on or off separately from the humidifier. Output can be changed using a dial and seems to last for about a day on lower settings before the reservoir needs to be refilled. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered 2 for two different floors and was very pleased.Then one just stopped? Tried different outlets and nothing.Turned it over and called a very nice customer service and explained. I love this very fine mist and quiet humidifier! It’s a top filler which is another plus and it sure beats the old fashion kind that would make you feel like you were sleeping in an ice box! Another nice option is you can just the control of how fast or slow you want the mist to be at!
