Excellent bird feeder, no more squirrels!
I'm sure many bird lovers have had to deal with squirrels swarming and destroying their feeders and quickly emptying them. I'm not anti-squirrel; I just don't want them stealing the bird food. I have tried everything and nothing worked, at one point I had 14 squirrels on and around my feeders. I saw these feeders and decided to try them, and so glad I did. They are exactly as described; they are made of good quality metal and have a spring action that has prevented the pack of squirrels I've been feeding to get to the feed. I also saw that the bully Blue Jays can't access them either. I particularly like that there is no assembly needed, the size, ease of filling and hanging, and the color at an exceptionally good price for what you get. If you love feeding birds, but not squirrels, I highly recommend this bird feeder.

Worthwhile investment
This is the first bird feeder I have purchased that is TRULY squirrel proof, and I have purchased several others throughout the years. Initially I was hesitant to purchase this, but very happy with the product. Squirrels try to get to the feeder, but fall right off when their weight closes all the portals. I am 100 % so impressed with this product.

Works great
This bird feeder works for me in keeping the squirrels from getting food. I’ve had it up for several months and although squirrels have tried to steal seed, they have failed. However I did have to put my baffle in place because chipmunks have Managed to climb the pole and get somehow get some seed.

Outstanding little feeder.
Outstanding little feeder. Very tough and ok in light rains. The wood peckers were breaking my plastic feeders. This one is lasting their abuse so I'm saving on feed and stress. The squirrels can't reach it so I don't know if the spring tensions are nominal.
