Using it daily since October 2020, and it's still working!
I bought this back in October 2020, and I use it daily for 6 to 10+ hours per day. Sometimes longer. Its working perfectly and I've had no issues with it. I have it sitting on a glass table, so I'm not concerned with it getting too hot, which it generally does not do. As it says, it does not get super hot, but it's hot enough to keep a hot cup of coffee hot for a while, and fairly warm if left for hours. With the surface being glass, it does take a few moments to start to get warm, and a bit longer to get hot, so if a cat walks across it when its cold, it is not able to hurt them. I use traditional ceramic coffee mugs with it, so it does a fairly good job. But since the bottoms of the mugs are hollow, I would think something that is flat bottom would do a better job of transferring heat to keep it warmer. When the mugs go dry, they can get rather hot and I've lost a mug from cracking from the heat that was localized on the bottom of the mug. The top is made out of glass, and it's durable and has held up well. It has barely any scratches, of which, the ceramic mugs can be pretty abrasive. If I had to, I would buy this again, but I would be missing the 2020's non-discounted price that was twelve eighty.

Perfect coffee temperature every morning
I've had this mug warmer for a little over a month now and love it! It looks sleek, doesn't take up too much space, and the sensor works great. I liked that this warmer was flat so it could fit any shaped mug, and it actually resists scratches unlike my previous warming tray which almost immediately started looking worn out. This tray keeps my drinks at a great temperature - plenty hot, but still drinkable. This is especially great as our coffee maker doesn't always make the drinks hot enough, but the warming tray heats it up nicely for me. Since the button sensor is so sensitive, it's definitely best to either keep this tray unplugged when not in use or put somewhere where anyone is unlikely to accidently set something on top of it that could trigger the warming tray and potentially burn the item. I haven't had any issues with this, but maybe someone with young kids or more accident prone might want to consider that carefully. It's been perfect for my needs and this mug warming tray was definitely worth the money!

no espere que funcionara tan bien, generalmente me sirvo un cafe mas que nada por disfrutar de su sabor por horas o para afinar mi garganta luego de muchos minutos de estar hablando en webbinars. Mi cafe siempre me lo tomaba frio o tenia que estarlo calentando de nuevo en el microondas. Pero con esta base, he llegado a poner una taza con cafe a temperatura ambiente y a la vuelta de 20 minutos que estoy trabajando, ya esta tibio! Cuando lo sirvo caliente, lo mantiene caliente por horas! se recomienda una taza de vidrio con la base plana (para que haga mas contacto) pero con la de ceramica que utilizo alcanza a pasar la temperatura muy bien, se enciende solo cuando le pones la taza encima y se apaga cuando la levantas.
