Great bag with lots of handy pockets
I bought this because I needed a smaller personal item for British Air. As noted in another review, if you completely fill the inside space and outer pockets, the bag can become an inch or two too thick to meet the requirements. But as long as you limit what goes in, it should comply. And in many other situations the larger capacity could come in handy. I didn’t really expect to like it so much, but I think it may become my go-to bag because all the many pockets can help you keep things organized. There’s a padded computer compartment, a hidden “security pocket” for money and passports, zippered sections that can be used for wet/liquid items or keeping cords/toiletries where you can easily see them and 2 outside pockets on the back. It looks attractive, is light weight and can be worn as a back pack, carried like a briefcase or smoothly slipped onto a suitcase handle using the attached strap. The quilting on it makes it look a little upscale. It is nicer but probably a little less tough than a typical school type backpack. My one disappointment was a tiny tear in the top handle. After a day or two of very light use it seemed likely to continue ripping. I requested an exchange and the seller had a new one with no flaws on my doorstep the next day. Can’t beat that kind of service. The new bag is in good shape and I think will keep me organized for several trips this summer.

Comfortable and spacious bag.
I bought this backpack as a carry on flight bag, however I use it every day for carrying my work laptop and documents it is light weight and comfortable to use.
