Purchased this as a gift for a friend. It was perfect. I wrote some scripture and added to it. It includes little hearts which I attached pictures of her family members to and wrote why they are blessings. There's plenty of room for her to add more blessings. This wil give her a daily reminder of all the good things in her life for whenever she gets stressed.

Perfect Xmas gift. We put sweet messages in it on small pieces of paper as a gift for my mom! She opens one a day, it held at least 100. A tad smaller than I expected, but still good value! I found a larger, cheaper one at TJ Maxx a few weeks later.
