I love this
You're probably here because you've been seeing all the ads about those one time use moist eye warmer things and you're far too practical to buy something that you use once and throw away. I'm glad you're here. I'm no stranger to eye masks for sleeping. In fact, I can't sleep without one. Finding something that was similar and reusable and with most heat was amazing. For starters, this entire thing is 100% microwavable, safe. Yes, the entire thing. The fabric is nice and soft and smooth on both sides no matter how you place it. The zipper can open so that the beaded pouch can be removed, so the mask itself can be washed. The beaded pouch is completely sealed in its own fabric. The strap is sturdy and adjustable. I simply pop this in my microwave, which I think is 1000 watt. I place it on a plate or in a bowl. I push the 30 second preset button that my microwave came with. It is nice and toasty and very moist and allows me enough time to reach my bed where I typically lay down with the mask, and it's still quite warm. When it's at a proper temperature that's not too much, I place it on my eyes and enjoy. I'd say it lasts at least 10 minutes if not longer. I can't be bothered to take notes when I'm supposed to be relaxing Now I'm going to say that it has been a lot of trial and error for me personally, because resting & relaxing is not something I do often. And when I do, I'm usually looking at a screen so having something block in my vision has been a challenge. And all my screen time is why I need this mask. Catch 22. I initially was saying that it felt too heavy to fall asleep with on however, more recently I have been able to fall asleep with this on. Unintentonally of course and I'm not mad about it. When I first started using this and I took it off my vision/eyes seemed blurry. I found out that's just the oils in the eyes, and the more I've used it, the less that's been an issue. I've even noticed more "sleep" when I wake in the morning, something I hadn't seen much of in a long time. In my opinion, this is better than the ones that are one time throw aways, because that is so wasteful. I don't like the idea of plugging in a warming moist eye mask and placing that on my face, nor do I like the idea of having another thing to plug into the wall. I can see where those may be interesting for travel, not having a microwave around etc... but I would much rather than use a washcloth with hot water than have something plugged into the wall that's bringing moist heat to my eyes. I highly recommend this. It is very relaxing and soothing, and part of my nightly routine that I've come from to really enjoy and look forward to.

The little eyemask that could...
I've been dealing with dry eyes and digital eye strain lately to the point of blurry vision. I was told to do a warm compress on my eyes using a warm wet washcloth to relax my eyes muscles and encourage tears. That worked but I came across eye masks on Amazon after checking out a few of them, it came down to a few electric versions and this. Having used beaded heating strips in the past for neck issues, I thought it was a good contender. After sitting on the decision for a bit I went with this option due to it being cheaper and seemed more reliable. It came in, I gave it a try, and....it was wonderful. I was very happy I got it. Its a good size; not too big, not too small. it kept its heat for as long as youd want to keep it on your eyes. One thing to note...the instructions are for an 800W microwave so adjust the amount of time per your actual wattage. Mine is 1100W and i put it in for the 30 and waited for it to cool down before I put it on my eyes (20 seconds mightve been better though). When it was cool enough i placed it on my eyes. It was soft, it felt steamy (which i liked), it was comfortable, fit the crevices...i really like it. And it helped with the eye issues. If you like the ease of electric go electric, but if youre like me and trying to save a few bucks, this thing does the trick...and you dont have to worry about gadget death, charging, and malfuntions. This thing will last if taken care of.

Comfortable Warm Compress That Delivers
I've been really impressed with this heated eye mask. It's simple to use and one of the things I like most is that it can be used on either a single eye or both eyes, depending on what you need. The mask heats up very quickly in the microwave—usually 30 seconds or less—and provides a comfortable, soothing warmth. I've found it especially helpful when dealing with eye irritation and styes, as the warm compress helps provide relief without the hassle of constantly reheating a washcloth. The material feels comfortable against the skin, and it's convenient enough to use as part of a regular eye care routine. The heat lasts long enough to be effective, and the overall design makes it easy to position and use. After using this product, I haven't found any significant drawbacks. If you're looking for a convenient warm compress for dry eyes, styes, or general eye comfort, this is an excellent option that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Halo heated eye mask is wonderful for your eyes!
This Halo heated eye mask is wonderful. It heats in 20-30 seconds in the microwave depending on your watt strength. Don’t over heat or you can’t put it back in the mask for a minute . It’s nicely warm for about 10 minutes you’ll then feel the moist part. If using for first time remove from mask via zipper and heat then cool 3-4 times it seems to then activate the moist part going forward. The shape is perfect the beads are flexible and the mask stays in place . There isn’t any smell and the mask is velvety soft! This is a recommended treatment for dry eyes and is very pleasant. Definitely a nice relaxing me time, takes puffiness out of eyes as well. Hand wash mask, without pouch inside takes just a minute then hang dry overnight. Don’t put in washer or dryer! It comes in a nice plastic case to tote with you if you travel. The strap is adjustable. Well worth the price and would also make a nice gift
