My tea finally steeps at exactly the right temperature (and the kettle looks good doing it)
When this box arrived, I pulled out the sleek black glass kettle and immediately noticed how solid it felt. The removable infuser was tucked inside, and the base had a satisfying weight. My first thought was, either this kettle is going to make me a tea snob, or I'm going to be that person who boils water and calls it a day. The temperature control is the real star here. I can set it anywhere from 100°F to 212°F in 5-degree increments, which matters for different teas. Green tea at 175°, black tea at 200°, and it actually hits the mark. The ±5°F accuracy seems legit based on my thermometer. The 1.8L capacity is perfect for multiple cups or filling a teapot. The 1200W heating is fast, a full kettle boils in just a few minutes. The keep warm function holds the temperature for up to 6 hours, so I can have hot water ready all afternoon. The removable infuser is great for loose leaf tea or fruit infusions, and it's easy to clean. The glass body lets me see the water level and the beautiful color of steeping tea. The black finish is matte and modern, it doesn't show fingerprints. The automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection give me peace of mind. What I genuinely like: · Precise temperature control in 5° increments, great for different teas · Fast boiling, 1200W gets water hot quickly · 1.8L capacity, enough for multiple mugs · Keep warm for up to 6 hours, very convenient · Removable infuser for loose tea or fruit · Glass body looks beautiful and shows water level · Automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection What I'm side-eyeing: · The glass is attractive but fragile, handle with care · The temperature control is digital, so it needs electricity (unlike a stovetop kettle) · The keep warm function is handy but uses more energy · The infuser is great but the holes are small, can clog with fine tea dust · The black finish is sleek but shows water spots · The lid is secure but can be stiff to open · The base is large, takes up counter space I've used stovetop kettles my whole life, and I never knew what I was missing. I'm really hoping this holds up and stands up to every day use because the temperature control is a game-changer for my morning tea ritual. No more guessing or burning my green tea. The keep warm function means I can actually have a second cup without reboiling. The glass body is beautiful to watch, especially when steeping flowering teas. For anyone who takes their tea seriously or just wants hot water on demand at the perfect temperature, this kettle is worth it. It's not cheap, but neither is wasting good tea leaves. My tea tastes better, and my counter looks better. That's a win-win.

Stylish, Fast & Perfect for Tea Lovers – Precise Temperature Control Makes a Big Difference
I recently started using this Narcissus electric kettle, and it’s honestly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. If you enjoy tea, coffee, or just want more control over hot water temperatures, this kettle offers a really nice mix of convenience, functionality, and style. The biggest standout feature is the precise temperature control. Being able to adjust the temperature in small increments (around ±5°F accuracy) makes a noticeable difference when brewing different types of tea. Green tea, herbal tea, fruit tea, and coffee all benefit from different water temperatures, and this kettle makes it easy to customize. The kettle supports temperature settings from around 100°F to 212°F for different brewing needs. I also really love the removable infuser. It allows you to brew loose-leaf tea, flower tea, or fruit-infused drinks directly in the kettle, which is super convenient. The infuser removes easily for cleaning and makes the kettle feel more versatile than a standard water boiler. The 1.8L glass design looks modern and elegant on the counter. The transparent glass body lets you actually watch the water boil or tea steep, which is a nice touch aesthetically. Glass kettles are popular because they provide a cleaner taste experience and allow easy visibility during brewing. Performance-wise, the 1200W heating system boils water quickly, and the keep-warm function is extremely useful. It can maintain water temperature for extended periods (up to around 6 hours depending on settings), which is great if you’re drinking tea throughout the day. I also appreciate features like: Easy-to-read controls Wide opening for easier cleaning Auto shut-off and boil-dry protection for safety Pros: Accurate adjustable temperature control Removable infuser for loose-leaf and fruit tea Fast boiling performance Stylish glass design with large 1.8L capacity Useful keep-warm function Easy to clean and operate Cons: Glass body requires a little extra care compared to stainless steel Slightly larger footprint on the counter Final Verdict: Overall, this Narcissus electric kettle is a great choice for tea lovers and anyone who wants more precision than a basic kettle offers. It looks great, heats quickly, and the temperature control plus infuser make it much more versatile than standard models. If you regularly make tea, coffee, or infused drinks, this kettle is definitely worth considering.

Loads of features at an excellent price.
I currently have a simple kettle that boils water quickly, this kettle is a huge upgrade for me at about the same price as my old kettle. The kettle comes with a carafe, an infuser to hold loose tea/coffee, the smart base and a cap that seals in the moisture. I love that the carafe is made from borosilicate glass, the same material old Pyrex glassware is made from. This ensures that the glass is less likely to break with temperature changes. The carafe can hold up to 1.8 liters of water, perfect if you want to brew a pot for use all day. And speaking of all day, the base has a thermostat that you can set from 100 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit in 5-degree increments, meaning you can brew your coffee or tea at the optimal temperature. Once the liquid is brewed, the base can hold the carafe's temperature for several hours, in fact every time you pick up the carafe to pour yourself a cup, the timer resets so you can keep drinking as long as you like. And there's no worry about heating an empty carafe, the base will shut off when the carafe is empty. The cap is tight fitting, keeping moisture in the carafe all day, this means your coffee/tea is not going to get bittier due to water evaporation. The metal infuser holds loose-leaf tea or coffee, so you can brew directly from the carafe. I recently used it to brew several cups of Thai tea, I let the water boil, lowered the temperature to 195 degrees, put several tablespoons of the loose tea in the insert and let it steep for 4 minutes. I then removed the infuser and was surprised to see almost no sediments in the carafe; this is because the holes in the infuser are extremely small, the loose-leaf tea stayed in the infuser. After steeping, I lowered the temperature to 140 degrees, grabbed my first cup and put the cap on the carafe. Several hours later, I had my second and third cups of tea and they were as fresh as the first cup, no bitter taste! The price is EXCELLENT for the quality of the material and workmanship and the features included. Very highly recommended!

Multifuncional and Boils Water in 3 Minutes
This Narcissus temperature controlled Electric Kettle has all of the features most of us are likely to need. Seriously, it has nearly all of the features I need anyway. First, it's large, holding 1.8 liters, but it does not have an over whelming presence. I attribute that feature to the clear Borosilicate glass with a fairly trim black base, handle and lid. It has an attractive, modern and stylish look. Also, the copper colored trim on the lid is a nice touch. The heating element is black, just large enough to hold the kettle, show the control icons and it's about 1 inch thick. It has a wired electrical connection but no grounded plug. A really great feature is the tea infuser, food grade stainless steel, it works with tea bags, tea leaves or chopped fruit. Boil your water which takes a quick 3 minutes for 0.5 liters or 9 minutes for 1.8 liters then insert the infuser with your tea or fruit inside. Then allow your tea leaves or fruit to steep for the recommended time. When boiling the water you can also set the water temp according to the recommendations for the type of tea. You can heat water for instant coffee, soup, broth and my favorite I can heat water to 110° and hold it there until I am ready to add my yeast when baking bread. When heated water reaches the set temp it will automatically maintain that temperature for 10 minutes if you pick up the kettle to pour a cup and put it right back down the temperature will be maintained. There is a Hold feature that will maintain a set temp for up to 6 hours. Temperature can be set in 5° increments. Due to the Borosilicate glass the kettle is fairly light weight and has a large ergonomic handle. Clear easy to read measurements are printed in white on the kettle. There is also a max fill line which should be observed for safety and the kettle is BPA free. Minor Con: the spout opening while small is open to room air.
