Super nimble and fun
I got this scooter several months ago. I just contacted the seller to inquire about a broken lock and a small metal nut that secured the phone mount. I got more than what I bargained for. They're sending a replacement lock and a replacement phone mount, even though the accessories Aren't under warranty as long as the scooter. Wow! As far as the operation of the scooter. I love it. It goes up 22mph and is great to get across the city or run to the corner store. Just watch out for any obstacles in the road, i.e., pot holes, rocks, etc. the turning signals are a nice addition. The horn I has a nice sound. Not too crazy loud but a nice time to alert someone if needed. The seat is ultra comfy. And the phone mount that charges your phone is a really nice feature. Moving it up or down a flight of stairs though takes carefulness and caution. It weighs a hefty several pounds. But make sure you fold it when moving it. I recommend this brand. The pictures show the slit in the phone mount. The square nut that fastens the screw may fall out if you don't pay attention when unscrewing the screw. The one you see in there is some random but I found that fits but it isn't the correct shape. There's also a picture of the cable lock. It snapped right off when I went over a bump in the road. Unfortunately the lock snapped near the portion that clips on to the bike. I found glue around the house to bind the pieces. Although I'm afraid it'll just snap again since it's already broken. And finally there's just a picture of my scooter. I leave it in the basement when I'm not using it.

Seems like a bulletproof scooter. Comfortable, powerful and 45+ mile range with big rider.
I wanted to wait til I’d put this Navic Pro sit down scooter through it’s paces before I reviewed the ride. I’m 6’2” 215 lbs, and 70 yo, so there’s no standing up safely on this scooter for me as handlebars are at about knee high, though I have a GoTrax for that. I ride in an area with mountains to the west and river valley to the east. If I’m heading west it’s uphill all the way and downhill home. South and north are mostly flat with the usual ups and downs. First two days, I kept the throttle wide open at 22 mph. The scooter scampered up the steepest hills at 16-18 mph, and self-governed to 22mph coming downhill. For rest of rides, I kept it between 15 and 20mph to see how far it would go on the first charge and I got 45 miles out of it before reading 1bar of power and starting to max out at less than 20mph. I’m delighted with this little beast and have ordered a bike trailer for shopping trips. Assembly is a easy, unless you lose the tiny nut in the phone holder and the tiny washer on the handlebar bolt, which added about 30 minutes to a 10 minute job! I was expecting protective film on the LED screen, but it was more like a plastic phone screen protector which confused me a bit getting it off. Scooter comes with an OK cable lock, a cheap tire pump, assembly “tools”, rear basket and padded cover with straps and elastic bungee strap. It’s solid as a tank, brakes and shocks are good and it handles gravel roads and rough spots with ease. I briefly considered jumping off on some easy single track where I mountain bike but resisted the temptation.

Solid commuter scooter with good speed and easy folding design
The NAVIC Electric Scooter is a solid entry-level option for commuting short distances or getting around town quickly. It feels lightweight enough to carry when folded, but still sturdy enough when riding. The 350W motor provides decent acceleration, and it comfortably reaches speeds close to its advertised range on flat surfaces. The ride feels smooth on pavement thanks to the 8.5" tires, though you’ll definitely feel bumps more on rougher roads or uneven sidewalks. Battery life has been consistent for short daily trips, and the range is generally enough for commuting, errands, or campus-style travel. It’s not designed for long-distance riding, but it performs well within its intended use. The folding mechanism is straightforward, making it easy to store in a car trunk or take indoors. The added app control is a nice feature for checking battery status and basic settings, though it’s more of a convenience than a necessity. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ride can feel a bit firm on rough pavement, and the range may vary depending on rider weight and terrain. It’s best suited for relatively smooth, short-to-medium rides. Overall, this is a dependable beginner-friendly electric scooter that balances portability, speed, and ease of use. It’s a good fit for light commuting and casual city travel.

excellent electric scooter
The NAVIC T1XR electric scooter is an excellent and practical means of transportation, which is very suitable for adults' daily commuting or short trips. Its 27-mile range and 22-mph top speed can fully meet the needs of urban travel. The 750W peak motor is powerful and easy to climb and accelerate. The 14-inch pneumatic tires provide good shock absorption, making the ride smoother and more comfortable. The folding design and rear basket are very convenient, saving space and carrying items, which is very practical. In addition, the APP function makes the control more intelligent and you can check the vehicle status at any time. Although the weight of 51 pounds is a bit heavy, the maximum load of 265 pounds and the design suitable for 5ft-6.4ft height make it suitable for most users. The current price is also the lowest price in 30 days, which is very cost-effective. Overall, this is a high-performance electric scooter worth recommending, especially for users who need to balance speed and portability.
