Escape room fun from the comfort of home
Norway: Whispers of The Viking delivers a fun and immersive tabletop escape room experience that blends puzzle-solving with a Nordic adventure theme. Players work through clues, riddles, and interconnected challenges while uncovering the mystery surrounding Viking lore and hidden secrets. The game does a good job of creating the feeling of a real escape room at home, with puzzles that reward teamwork, observation, and a bit of creative thinking rather than just random guessing. This is playable solo, too! Fans of Scandinavian mythology and mystery games will especially appreciate the atmosphere and story elements woven throughout the experience. The game is best suited for small groups, couples, or families looking for a cooperative activity that feels more engaging than a traditional board game, though solo play is also perfectly viable for anyone who wants a strong brain-teaser. Setup is fairly straightforward, and the pacing keeps things moving without becoming overwhelming or frustrating. Most of the puzzles strike a satisfying middle ground in difficulty, making the game accessible for newcomers while still entertaining experienced escape room players. The Viking theme is used well throughout, giving the adventure a distinct identity that helps it stand out from more generic mystery games. What makes Norway: Whispers of The Viking especially enjoyable is the sense of progression and discovery as each solved puzzle unlocks another piece of the story. The components and presentation help build immersion, and the cooperative gameplay naturally encourages communication and teamwork. While hardcore puzzle enthusiasts may solve parts of it quickly, the overall experience remains entertaining and rewarding from beginning to end. For anyone looking for a themed at-home escape room game with a strong sense of adventure and approachable gameplay, this is an easy recommendation.

Great family night fun and educational
I love these games. I find them fun and educational. They are ideal for families with teenage children but my son, who is 25 and husband, enjoy them as well. The format for all their games is similar, so you may want to keep that in mind. They are meant to be used one time, but we are able to adapt the game and do the puzzles without actually writing on the answer sheets so we can pass the kit on to other family members who don't live with us. Each game features a few items you can keep when finished. Norway: Whispers of The Viking includes a small flashlight and marker pen. I love how each puzzle game teaches you about the area the game takes place in, making this particular Finders Seekers game a great gift if you know anyone planning a trip to Norway. Puzzle difficulty varied, but there is a guide to help with hints if needed. Three of us spent a little less than 2 hours solving this game, so it was a perfect activity immediately following dinner. Value is good, in my opinion, although I can see why some people think it is on the expensive side. It is still much less money than taking your family to an escape room or movie, but if you are playing solo or with just one other person, you might not feel you get as good of a bang for your buck. If you enjoy learning, teamwork, and thinking in creative ways, this game is a great evening of entertainment.

A Fun Mystery Game with Clever Puzzles and Welcome Improvements
My girlfriend and I had a great time playing this puzzle game. It gave us about two hours of solid entertainment. You can tell that each puzzle was thoughtfully designed. They connect smoothly with the main storyline rather than feeling like random obstacles. The game also does a good job of showing off the scenery and cultural elements of Norway as you play. The best improvement over their previous release is how the materials are handled. You no longer need to load a webpage to read the puzzle clues. Everything is included right there in the physical papers, which makes the entire process much more convenient. I really enjoy this series and this was another good addition to our game collection.
