Built Like a Tank, Looks Like a Jewel. Survived a Drop Unscathed!

This product truly exceeds expectations in terms of detailed design and quality, making it extremely hassle-free to use! Let's start with the most reassuring feature: the charging port. With other products I used before, I always worried about the port coming loose—even a slight bump while charging would disconnect it, forcing me to repeatedly plug and unplug to adjust, which really ruined the user experience. But this product has none of those issues. The charging port offers just the right amount of resistance when plugging and unplugging, and once connected, it stays extremely secure. Whether I accidentally bump the charging cable during daily charging or occasionally move the device while it's still plugged in, the port maintains a steady, tight fit. There has never been a case of poor contact or disconnection, and even after long-term use, there's no sign of loosening at all—it gets full marks for durability! Next, let's look at the buttons, which are designed with great thoughtfulness. Each button provides clear tactile feedback; when pressed, you can distinctly feel a crisp, responsive touch—no mushy or unresponsive buttons here. Even when operating blindly, you can easily distinguish between different buttons without having to stare at them to find the right one. During daily use, whether adjusting functions, confirming selections, or switching modes, the buttons are exceptionally sensitive. A light press triggers an immediate response, with no lag or stuttering. Even when pressing quickly, you can operate it accurately, achieving truly simple and efficient use. The biggest surprise, though, is its outer casing. I originally assumed that a product with such an elegant appearance would have a fragile shell, but actual use completely dispelled that worry. The casing material feels very premium and has excellent hardness. Once, I accidentally knocked the product off the table onto the floor. I expected scratches or deformation, but when I picked it up, it was completely intact—without even the tiniest mark. In daily use, even when placed in a bag and jostled or rubbed against small items like keys and earphones, the casing remains smooth and clean, with outstanding scratch and wear resistance. Moreover, its design is visually striking: the minimalist, sleek shape paired with exquisite color schemes makes it look sophisticated whether used at home or taken out. It perfectly balances aesthetics and practicality, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

First impressions

UPDATE: We've been using these for a few days now, and we're really enjoying them. They are easy to connect, a simple process that doesn't have to be repeated twenty times. They meet my requirements for music -- I think they sound better than our last set, and they're louder. I did notice a reduction in volume, but not until they were below 30%, and they were still loud enough to be used. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hate reviews that start with "I just got these today..." But here we are. I bought these because they were cheaper than most but still had good reviews. Also, their description seems more honest than most, with no word acrobatics to make them sound more impressive than they actually are. Reasons our Oontz Angle speakers got a one-star review: Our last set cost twice as much, only lasted two years before they stopped charging properly, were infuriating to connect from day 1, and decreased the volume when the charge was below 50%, which often made them completely unusable--this last bit allowed them to claim a longer battery life than they actually had. (Yes, I'm still angry about them.) So, first impressions of this set: Twin pairing was a requirement, and these pair easier than our last two pairs of speakers--just double click the power button. Even better, there is no control speaker; both speakers can pause and play, and my daughter and I were both absurdly excited when we discovered this feature. No way! Yes way! We use our speakers primarily for audiobooks and watching shows, and the sound is good for this purpose. I can't speak for the sound of music yet because, ya know, just got them today. The lights are kinda fun, but they can be turned off if you hate them. I won't remember to update the review if I continue to love these, but my irritation will send me straight back here if I start finding issues; my review of Oontz Angle speakers was updated every time I found a new thing to hate about them.

Great speaker/Annoying lights

I have had this speaker for a month. You really cant beat it for the price. Sound quality is great!! It connected easily to my phone. I fully charged the unit when I received it and it still shows a full charge....pretty good! Only negative I had was the quirky flashing lights. They were quite annoying and I'm not operating a small disco. Turning the lights off was equally frustrating. After several attempts after a week or so I finally have them off, whew! Overall, its a great product!

Efficient and good little speaker with big sound

I purchased this extra bluetooth speaker as a backup but now I used it all the time. It is user friendly, easy functionality. The sound is just right and can be turned up loud with good base etc. The lights give it an extra fun feature that's enjoyable! So far I haven't had to charge it too often and the battery life hold very well. I love that I can take it wherever I need it so I can enjoy my music. The customer service has been top notch as well!
