DOES THE JOB!!!
I absolutely love this hat!!! The primary reason I shopped for a hat with a back flap was because, while walking the dog one day, I was stung or bitten by an insect on the back of my neck. For nearly two weeks, that bite hurt, itched and stayed swollen. I have a big head and among the favorable Reviews, I saw some written by customers who said they had large domes. The hat works incredibly well!! It's very comfortable, is adjustable, looks good, and the flap protects the back of my neck from the sun and the flying critters, while the front brim is a nice length. After I bought one, I liked it so much I purchased two more, because I liked the variety of colors. Wrapping this review up, keep in mind that this hat is lightweight, so I don't know how it would handle heavy duty or winter conditions. I also haven't needed to wash any of mine, yet -- I'm pretty sure they have to be handwashed -- but I don't expect any problems.

This hat is awesome!! I bought it for my husband when he works on the roof at his job. I tried it on being funny and thought it was so comfortable, I said well it’s mine now. But it’s camouflage so now I want one for myself to wear while in the yard. Super lightweight and fits both my husband and I both very well. Big head/small head haha. Breathable too. I could feel the breeze coming through.

Lightweight with Neck Protection
This hat is very lightweight. It fits well, as many one size fits all are too tight for my head. It has a chin strap, which I do not use. I bought this for the neck protection. I typically forget the sunscreen when I head out to do yard work, and with this as my new yard work hat, I get lots of great sun protection for my face, ears and neck. I like this hat!

Nice and lightweight. save the back of your neck. I've used this thing mowing and even blacktop sealing work in hot sun and this kept me cooler than a regular hat. the added neck protection is priceless. Glad it has a chin strap to cinch up or with it being so light, it'd blow right off my head.
