Much more substantial than a typical “walking pad.” I use it for walking, incline workouts, and light jogging. I live in a condo and I'm pretty sure the neighbors underneath can't hear me (I did put a rubber pad underneath but honestly not sure it needed more than the rug it sits on). It came well packaged with every care taken to ensure proper setup and enjoyment. Perfect size and super easy to adjust for speed and incline. There are 2 remotes in case you lose one (unheard of!). And you don't need the app at all. I love this machine!!
