The Quality of the product is outstanding including their lettering. Their customer service was equally impressive. This is beautiful quality and nicely engraved. It looks just like the picture. The hinges seem sturdy, which is good bc the kids have been opening it a lot. Outside dimensions are 8x8, so if you're getting a photo book to put inside, make sure you get a smaller one than that.
