This was the ONLY company that allowed me to place the wording where I wanted in the picture and then show the sample with the writing on it. I was so nervous about the purchase because it was such a special gift that I wanted to give to a wonderful friend who is mourning her loved one. It looked as good, actually better, than I had hoped. I can't believe how professional this looks and how fast it came! I ordered it and it came in within 2 days. It's crazy that it is a personalized item and still can find that quickly. The heart is crystal clear but the image I comhose has very good quality. I bought this and put a picture of my wife and our newborn son for her first mother's day! I love the base and how bright it gets. The crystal has good weight and feels like it is very high quality. I got the small size which is perfect for sitting on her desk!
