Perfect heart shaped jar to put memories of your pet in after losing them
I purchased 2 of these sweet glass heart shaped jars when my daughter’s dog was diagnosed with cancer. We placed clippings of the dogs hair in each of the small sized jars to keep. The dog was a Shih Tzu so the small jar was perfect. The heart jar has a paw print and halo on one side. It closes with a cork. It also comes with a small tag to personalize it how you choose. Small metal charms are also included to add to the tag and twine to tie around the neck of the bottle. It was physically easy to make and helped process the loss. I highly recommend this for anyone who has lost a loved pet. Use the small size and let each family member make their own or the larger size for a large family dog. For those with fur dogs the large size may fit a collar, I’m not sure as we used the small size and I put hair and a ribbon she wore on her top knot. Seeing it makes me think of happy times we shared.

I recently had to put my bay of 14 years to sleep. I asked the vet to shave some of her fur and cut some whiskers for me. I put them in a bottle similar to this. Later in the week, my very dear friend had to put his dog down, so I got this for him, to put some fur in from his dog. It’s beautiful, just the perfect size to hold your fur or ashes. The glass is thick and of good quality. I thought it was a good price too, to hold a piece of your heart.

When I knew it was time to put my best friend down, I wanted to keep a lock of his fur. I found this cute little bottle, perfect size, I do wish it was a little thinner front to back to fit inside my shadow box, but other than that it is so cute.
