Loving this so much! Did my research and very happy! I love all the options and the fresh ground beans every time. Easy to set up and use. Plus you can customize each drink. I love I can add an extra shot to my latte macchiato. You can even save profiles for others using it. I like the milk canister and it’s easy to use and simple cleaning. Everything is simple cleaning and comes apart so quickly. I get about two-three uses from my milk reservoir. One trick I have learned, roll up a paper towel to plug the milk reservoir while storing in fridge. All in all I love this machine and highly recommend.

Coming from a Jura and we love it. Will see how long she lasts but the additional warranty from Philips upon registration was a nice surprise. Milk frother actually works and is easy to clean. Find myself making a cappuccino quite often due to the ease of use and of course the flavor and the frothed milk! Have only scratched the surface of all this thing can do. Only slight complaint is the bean hopper feeds of to one side, and due to the build, beans don’t always make their way into the grinder. So sometimes machine thinks it’s out of beans before it really is.
