Looks phenomenal on my desk! Cuttings are already happy in the vials :)
Saw some of the other reviews and decided to try it out anyway (lots reported damaged). Mine showed up packaged well and in great condition. I've had it on my desk at work for a week now and its been fine. Because of what others said about cracks and water damage, I have made sure to keep the vials dry as I put them in. The quality seems great to me, so maybe their quality control has improved. I've already had several people compliment my setup and ask for cuttings etc. Hopefully this little effort helps get more people interested in having plants at the office to help with air quality. Everyone thinks its looks great and two other coworkers are planning on buying one. Went together easily. The size is fine and seems adequate for what the plants care about.. though I do with the vials had a little more wiggle room and weren't as thin as they are.

It's a very decorative piece. Built well. My only suggestion would be if there was a timer feature so the lazy among us didn't have to turn it off each night and on again in the morning. I have it inside a glass fronted cabinet of my entertainment center so my cats don't devour the plants. Basically the only way I can have plants in my house is if they are behind glass. I'm giving it two or three weeks tops before my cat's figure out how to open the cabinet.

Successful
First, I would like to say that I do not have a green thumb. I was trying to save a plant that’s been with me through all the highs and lows. I was successful in creating some offshoots in order to save the plant. Love the soft light this creates, and it seems like the plants do too. It does not come with the wall charger piece, so you will have to buy that separately or use something to plug a USB into.
