Very pretty - works for a long time distributing scent - good customer support
I bought this after seeing the video reviews showing the pretty colored lights showing through the real glass topper. I enjoyed how it looked, and also how it was large enough and held enough water, to scent a fairly large room with high ceilings. (had to add a bit more essential oil). Bonus - I noticed when it was running in the room and the rogue indoor mosquito (generally in Florida unfortunately it is more common than uncommon for a lone mosquito to move in and become a painful pest) would not recognize me and less or no bites, as a result. So, rather than carry it to the bedroom each night and back again. I liked it so much, and a few months had passed with it working well, so I bought a second glass top Porsome diffuser. During the next month or so, the first unit stopped working, the cord was good, it just stopped. I was a bit upset, and thought it would be out of warranty, or potentially a useless warranty. But after another few weeks or so, I was on the computer (Amazon) and reached out to Porsome. I was also suspicious of adding personal information in reply, but I inquired and they gave me an explanation, they don't/can't get into our account personal information through Amazon. So, I provided the information, and soon after I received a beautiful new replacement. So I did go through the warranty steps, I didn't receive any spam emails, and I found the effort to reply to my questioning email of why they needed my information, which may have been written impatiently, was answered with grace along with what read as a desire to help. So, despite my initial aggravation, and delay, I am very pleased with my products and the company. My son liked them also, so now I am back to one again, there is another visiting lone mosquito, so I may be ordering a third time. The colored lights through the glass top are really captivating, so I will stick with Porseme. ( I wish they could add a rotating feature, to show off the lights more! )

Beautiful Ambiance
Received today, filled with water slightly below the max fill line, added 5-6 drops of essential oil and turned it on. Immediate strong diffusion of mist, quiet and smells wonderful! The constant changing array of colors is mesmerizing, relaxing and creates a beautiful ambiance! Such a functional and wonderful choice to fit in with any decor. 1/28/2024 UPDATE: Beware of this company. I began experiencing problems with unit producing little to no steam (mist) and then just spurting water. Followed all of the troubleshooting instructions in Porseme pamphlet several times over the course of a week. Finally, I emailed them at the email address provided on the pamphlet asking them to advise. They did reply and stated that this product has a 12 month warranty and that they would send a replacement as soon as I provided the order number for confirmation. I provided them with my Amazon order number for this unit. Last evening, they then emailed me again thanking me for providing the order number, BUT… then wanting me to provide them with my physical address and a video of the problem and that then they would send a replacement “as soon as we can”. I’m quite puzzled as to why they need my address, as that info should have been available with the Amazon order number from my purchase. Furthermore, their email address is in China (which I discovered when they replied) and since beginning communication with Porseme I have been receiving spam foreign email over the past several days. Several red flags that cause reason for concern and I regret this purchase, despite it being a beautiful unit and it working properly for almost 2 weeks before it stopped working properly. I have blocked their email, due to the above concerns and do not recommend doing business with them.

I love this Glass Essential Oil Diffuser with all my heart. It’s absolutely beautiful. I put three times in amount of oil in it that I should just a little salt and it’s fine. My room smells amazing so beautiful to look at seems high-quality the glasses thick. I’ve had no leakage. And it comes gift ball if that’s what you’re trying to do. It’s a great value for the money. I love it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bigger oil diffuser.

I do love this. It’s beautiful at night and holds a good amount of water. It’s rather large and I’m not crazy about the look of it during the day, but it’s okay. I’m at a time in my life where I choose function over looks. I would 100% buy this again. I may even buy another one for the living room.
