True to size. Literature says allow time for inner cushions to adjust and shape to foot- it's true- at first shoe felt too big but after wearing for several times it did adjust for a great fit. I have a high arch, this shoe is great for being constantly on your feet. I was happy with appearance. Great value! I work in assisted care facilities
