Fantastic Energy Burner and Practice Bag for Active Kids!

Finding a fun, active way for kids to burn off extra energy can be a challenge, but this freestanding punching bag set is an absolute hit. Setting it up was incredibly quick and easy. I filled the base with water, and it has remained perfectly stable with absolutely no leaks or tipping. The adjustable height is a wonderful feature, letting you raise it from 28 to 42 inches so it can grow with your child. Plus, having boxing gloves included makes this complete set a fantastic value with no need to buy anything extra. The rebound on this bag is great, providing a responsive and engaging workout for kids up to about age eight. It is durable enough to withstand daily use, making it an excellent tool for general active play as well as off-season youth MMA practice. Great quality of gloves

When I read the description and it said "premium" gloves, I thought they were going to be whatever, cheap boxing gloves. I was wrong. Not only are the gloves quality made but the fit, like a glove. The velcro on these is really strong and once stuck, they do not come apart. When it comes to the punching back itself, I found that no matter how much I punch the bag, the base provides stability and really doesn't move a whole lot. The bag will almost come back at me when I do punch it, which has been helping me when it comes to moving. Not only has this been a great cardio workout but with me having to not just punch but move as well, I really do get a great overall workout. Highly recommended and even my 15 year old has been starting to use this and after a month, has long a good amount of weight and is building more muscle too!

Good rebound

This kids’ punching bag has good rebound to make a for a fun and active energy outlet for young kids. The base can be weighted with water or sand to prevent it from tipping. I used water and it has neither leaked, nor tipped. An adult or big kid could knock it over punching it but it should be fine up until age 8 or so, depending not the child’s size. The height is adjustable to raise from 28” up to 42” to grow with them. I like how this comes with boxing gloves, making it a really good value and complete toy with no need to buy anything else. Easy setup. My son has a blast punching this.
